Hummingbird; an observation of the shroud and accuracy
When it comes to accuracy it seems my Bird is partial to a vertical alignment of the shroud holes. That is also the position they are in when the shroud is snugged up. I’ve aligned the holes of the baffles with the shroud holes. When I turned the holes to point east and west, the accuracy went unpredictable within a 3/4 inch circle. at only 9 yards. Turn them back to north and south and the accuracy returns. Curious sensitivity. I’d think there was a slight imbalance with that orientation. Maybe that works? The bottom-escaping air makes light deposits on the top of the air reservoir.

PSI had to send my Bird in to Peter for that blowby at the breech. As noted elsewhere, the Bird suddenly popped an inner seal somewhere and dumped all it’s air.

Received a call from Charlie this morning and he is sending mine out today.
He said it’s shooting 18.1 at 879 with no blowback :8:
