Q:

I been challenged to a shoot out

Each April my two brothers meet down at the deer camp , Shoot, ride motorcycles and stuff just for the weekend, Its right dab in the Three sisters area in Texas, Example, we shot skeet once and Charles, (the one that’s challenged me, the old one) could hit nothing on the first shot, We called him dead eye, He goes back to Austin, joins a skeet club , We meet up the next year and he blows us away with his skeet shooting. LOL.
Anyway to the point , Brother said he could out shoot any of my air guns with his complete stock Ruger 10-22 just OTC shells…
I ask how far you want to shoot , He said 75 – 100 yards, Deals on ,
I have shot the 22 Cricket at 100 yards but never the 25 at 100 yards, My range at my house is at 48 yards, Looks like I make have to head to the pit and do some practicing.
Anyone else took a challenge like this against a rimfire rifle,
At 50 yards it would not be much of a challenge , I know that for sure,
I think his only knowledge of air guns is his Gamo something or another and my other brothers Ruger springer that I out shot both with my old FWB 124 a few years back…
Yea and I got the fastest bike to,

Bring an anemometer and click in your windage adjustments.. You should smoke ’em
Good luck.

Kick ass Mike!!! Us PCP boys are cheering you on! I know for a fact that my .22 cricket can out shoot my custom AMT 10-22 with a Lilja barrel, no matter what ammo I use at 50 yards. But who knows out to 100 on a breezy day……. :suprisedn:

Yep. Friends kept saying there is no way I could consistently hit shotgun shells at 100 yds with my Edgun 22 as I claimed.
Challenged them to bring their 22lr and 223s and see who get get the most out of 10 shells and each hit had to be all she’ll only. No knockdowns for hitting wood below it.
3 rounds of ten shells. I went 8-10, 9-10, 7-10. The best they could get was 6-10. Needless to say they all wanted to shoot it and did even better with the air rifle once they knew hold point.
