I like the look of the new FX Bobcat stock
just saw a picture of it and it Looks much, much better.
Still if I had one I would cut the stock down where the Mag hole is 🙂 🙂

It needs some serious liposuction…. Change fill adapter to a more direct design, get rid of that massive gauge and attach a smaller more compact gauge directly to the front of the AirTube or come off the side like rapid does. Get rid of that shitty tri-rail and mount a nice picatinny rail like the styer uses. Then come out with a nice walnut thumbhole stock that is slim, light weight and strong like bull!! And while there at it shorten up the shroud and make it bigger in diameter to quiet the .30 down a little. No Need for a magazine holder in the stock cause I don’t get used.
Ville, I believe the “politically” correct terms are Beauty Challenged and in the new stocks terms… Big Boned. They are headed in the right direction with it though, another 4 or 5 stock changes and we might have all three, Form, Function and Beauty.
The trigger is really nice. It should be since it´s a Royal trigger without long pull-rods and boogaboo. But, as said it´s ugly !!
Getting back to the stock.
It looks like a improvement but also pretty chunky.
I believe a bit more time could of been put in for some refinements as to curves and such.
Kudos to Ted for his input and FX for being open.
In the end I am looking for a powerful,quiet, accurate and shorter (sub 36″) PCP.
The stock ending a bit back of the action doesn’t bother me.
A bit of length helps in impromptu shooting positions and a great trigger even more so.

While talking about the bobcat, what’s the fill pressure of those things and how many shots do they get in .30 cal?
