Q:

indexing issues with .25R3M

How many people have had indexing issues and how many have said something to Tony?

I asked him about that before my gun was sent and he said he knew of no problems. I find that hard to believe with the way machine gun was going off. I asked him about the indexing again and he made it sound like I’m the only one that’s had a problem?

Got the action back from Ernest today and put three mags through it with no issues. It was still a little cold so the grease may have been a little stiffer so ill try it again tomorrow.

No indexing issues at all with my new .25R3M. It works perfectly right out of the box.

ohh the joys of buying an edgun …..

not indexing problem,

I had problem with my air gauge. It is stuck at 180BAR, no matter how much pressure is in the air tube. I emailed Tony, but never got a response.

I guess I will give it another try.

By any chance, have you called Tony on the 1st of April?

His answer could have been a joke

My take on this, would they have solved the issues they would be happy to let everybody know.

Ask Tony about “Bullpups”, “Edgun”, “Matador”, etc

Probably he will tell you he never heard about that, “What? I don’t know what you’re speaking about”

Clear signs that customer service and support is constantly improving at “Edgun One Man Company”….

:fishinghole:

SEND IT TO ERNEST AND HAVE HIM FIX IT , it will work when you get it back. All he needs is your breech not the whole gun. Saves you some shipping costs.

Ive seen all those posts, I’m trying to figure out if Tony is aware of the problems. I replaced cam lever and had a tune and am still back to manually indexing.

December would have been the .25 R3M batch with the indexing cams that do not fully index the magazine.

More pics & details of the indexing cam issue here…

Also, polishing all the contact points and rounding and polishing the “nose” of the follower that cocks the hammer makes the action quite smooth.

Unfortunately the recent Bullpup forum reorganization appears to have broken many of the image links…

I got it in December, not sure what batch that would be.

Can U copy and paste his email here? It’s hard to believe that new batch of the R3Ms -25 still has that problem. When did you get your .25 R3M?
