From Tony, it should arrive in 2 weeks or so after he test shoots it.

The Cobra is very nice also.
It depends on what your intention of use is, target or hunting.
I’ve hunt with scopes powered at 10x I think is a good enough magnification to hunt with.
Target shooting I’d go into the higher magnification, but the Little Shorty 22 cal most likely be a sub 75 yard gun.
But don’t quote me on that, I don’t know yet.
A lot depends on the (game/kill zone) size and how well the gun groups at your hunting range(s), then I choose and fit a scope to it.
Like I said above I’ll be testing it out with my Hawke 32x first to see how it does at high to low mag ranges.
I have the Mamba Lite 3-12×44 SCB on my Cricket Compact and is about the same length as the Mutant Shorty.
As long as the scope doesn’t exceed the muzzle it looks pretty portioned to me.

The Cobra 3-9×42 M/D is also a good match.

it’s 13 inches long, it’s in the middle of the road for a scope size.

the hard teflon oring started to scratch the reg casing oring sealing surface–so I clean up and replace the orings and notes my ES has lowered by 3 fps, that was on my standard. so I’m going in the reg soon to change them or maybe the MFR did—will see.
Here’s the LDC when I want to be really quiet.
have tested the JSB’s crosman dome and cuda and this one has the tightest group! at 890fps

Brown orings are viton D75 and replace the hard Teflon in the reg. have the spec but to busy to get them each labeled.
