Hi Edgun Folks,
I would like to go back to the “bashing” thing….
When I say “Ed is not keeping his promises”, am I actually bashing him?
Is there anybody out there that has paid a deposit for a Lelya having being told the gun would be delivered by the end of year 2014 and maybe today he is still waiting for the delivery?
Did Ed keep his promise? So saying he doesn’t keep his promises is bashing him? (Did he in the past?)
Suppose I call Ed a liar when he is saying “The R3M never had any cycling or indexing issues”, would this be bashing him?
Suppose I say the R3M is the BP with the worst cycling and indexing mechanism of all the multishot bullpubs out there. Would this be bashing the product?
And so on, and so on….
All my comments are always as “IMHO” based on my own experience.
Well probably my attitude of attentively and honestly criticizing the brand, products and maker comes from years of being ripped-of, hearing promises that are never honoured, lies, receiving faulty products and receiving only arrogant replies to any request of support.
To prove I’m only honestly criticizing and not bashing the brand or the maker I say that the R3 was a fine rifle, unfortunately with a trigger not up to the same standards as the rest of the rifle but still a fine rifle, a joy to shoot and to own (IMHO).
My edgun experience, even if it is over, gives me the right to speak.

Even though I don’t consider it “bashing” but only fairly and honestly criticizing the brand, products and maker like an attentive customer should do, I can share my edgun experiences in summary.

May we know the story behind your this “bashing”, there must be something that made you an enemy of the brand and its maker.
Pippy was once a cheerful lad ! One sunny day after playing soggy crumpet with his mates at the school yard, ole pippy worked up quite a appetite.
He made a v-line straight home, prancing merrily along the way.
As he walked into the front door he could hear a loud moans and grunts coming from the master chambers. Fearing his mum was in dire need of help he rush into the bedroom.
Unfortunately for ole pip, mummy was getting some good ole in out from father dearest. A very dreadful sight for a young man to see.
Indeed the the pipster was scared for life. Now when he sees others having a good go at it, he thinks back to the dreadful sight of years past and immediately proceeds to piss in their Cheerios.
One thing ole pippy is on to is the wait on these guns has been to fucking long! And I’m not holding out much longer.

there is no blind devotion here. We are just waiting for the most unique bullpup on the market. The slower Ed produces the Lelya the more my Lelya will be worth. I have waited 3 years for a custom English SXS shotgun. 9 months is nothing
Bashing a product without the personal ownership of said product is stupid. Contributions of this nature are of little use to Edgun owners who are looking for solutions. Why don’t you start producing some post about your personal airgun experience.

I know I bash the brand or probably only Mr Ed but I have to say this……
There is some folks out there that blindly supports Ed whatever he is doing, right or wrong.
For them everything Ed does is always right, they accept EVERYTHING and CONTINUE to accept EVERYTHING.
They defend, protect and support Ed all the way, even if you criticize him or his products rightly they take it as a personal offense :angrymob: , for them Ed is like family or probably even more.
And what does Ed for them? He doesn’t give a “poop”.
Please Ed :bow: :bow: :bow: , show them some respect, send them the guns like you have promised 8 or 9 months ago.
They are simply too much in love to understand and judge properly what is going on.

7.5 lbs equipped with scope, extra moderator, and night-hunting LED adjustable light. 26.5″ total length with added moderator.
The LED light has an adjustable lens on the front, and can be turned to show a very wide area, or narrowed to show only a bright square image of the LED chip that seems to be about 12″ X 12″ at close range. I adjust it until only the optics of the scope are filled. This keeps the light very narrow and bright. Got the light on Ebay for about $25 USD.
I would give anything to get that eccentric moderator on this tiny gun! With the additional moderator it is incredibly silent. Without it, there is some muzzle blast, but still neighbor friendly. I simply want dead silence.
Keep the faith. These little jewels are well worth waiting for. I walked down the street the other day with the butt tucked up in my armpit, and let the gun hang down the inside of my arm. No one could see that I was carrying the gun unless they would stand directly in front of me and look at my arm!
1/2″, or less, groups at 30 meters with no bench rest, from a guy that’s half blind! All that and 23 FPE.

PS: I DO suggest you get “High” scope mounts!!! Not much drop on that butt stock.

thanks for your interest but now I have to go back to take care of my vineyard, maybe later.
I cannot take deposits for wine I will never deliver or deliver when it is too late for the season.
