Mutant Short TGAG barrel replacements
Has anyone received news about getting their barrels? Over three weeks for me and no news or updates. I’m usually a patient guy but man was TGAG quick to take my money. FMR!

I have the scoop on the company that brought these guns into this country and their affiliations with the rest of the companies reselling them which might I add you are one of those companies. I watch patterns and I see one….WWAG got caught miss advertising these guns they sold they got hammered and hammered again. Steve sold the company and I imagine all those Baby Mutants he bought into the US are sitting on shelves unsold. Steve sells his gig to randy and gets off scott free all the guns he sold that were supposed to come with CZ barrels were never rebarreled unless I missed something. Then Peter comes along to save the day friend of Steve Smith at least that is what Peter told me. He came to make good on these great little guns promising to re-barrel them and give the Baby what it needed a real barrel. The first screwed up Baby Mutant came from Charlie not Peter but the guy bought it from Peter at TGAG. If I remember correctly Charlie worked for WWAG I bought a gun from him and got tossed off of Yellow from information he gave me about the Vulcan. Now Peter has sold a ton of these guns with barrels that are not in the gun and he conveniently goes out of business rolling his business over to Joe Brancato.

No need Joe. I sent Jeff my barrel to your shop. He is suppose to send me the C Z barrel today. BTW, I did call you last Thursday and talked to one of your employees. I left a message with him but you didn’t call back. I also emailed you but no response. I know your busy so no big deal. Jeff took care of it. I can’t wait to get my barrel back so I can start shooting the short again!

As I often have said, Petr was just too over-whelmed to continue working full time at UPS and doing TGAG. He can still fix his issues,and sell his Mutants, he just can’t start another airgun business due to a non-compete he signed with me. Fixing his issues is a must, and his responsibity as per our contract.
I’m known for air tanks, not airguns, hence the reason why I purchased TGAG. At Petr’s request, part of the deal when I purchased TGAG was that all Mutant sales sold through the TGAG were Petr’s, warranted by Peter, and labeled to the customer as such until Petr sold ALL his Mutants with the custom CZ barrel. I wasn’t allowed to sell off my Mutant inventory via TGAG website inquiries, hence I only sold one, through AirTanksForSale (to ScottM) that is warranted by me. The reason for this arrangement was Petr wanted the money up front for his Mutants, including the profit.
Petr signed a non-compete with me not to start another airgun business. In order to honor this, we were going to offer his Mutants though the TGAG website, along with a lot of “Used Airguns, etc.” We were going to call this “Petr’s Corner”. I’d get the airgun website traffic, (which is why I purchased TGAG), Petr would have gotten the profits, which is what he wanted.
Things have gotten so slanderous from a few individuals that I stopped this arrangement. I don’t wnat to be associated with these items, the negativeness of the Mutans, their warranty, etc., so Petr has now been posting items for sale on his own, not through TGAG. The Mutants he sold are being shipped by him, as a Petr Product, not TGAG. They were not brought over with the rest of the inventory.
FYI, We have agreed that after April 30th, I can then sell MY Taipan Mutant inventory through the TGAG website. Until then, its via my other website.
Please CALL me with your AB-number, and I’ll get the status ASAP. You can call Petr, but he is usually too busy working to answer the phone. I am trying to make it right for all that have any issue. Those that HAVE called me will attest to that.

Here are the facts. It should be easy to follow. Continue this type of slander at your own risk of sounding un-informed.
1) Petr isn’t DEAD, he sold the business.
2) When I purchased the business a few weeks ago, we agreed that Petr had to honor his prior commitments. Any guns he sold, he is responsible for. Why is that too difficult a concept to understand is it? He sold them, he got the money, the deal was set-up that he has to make good on his part.
3) Any single person who has had an issue (that has contacted me) has had their issue resolved. I am curently drop shipping one Vulcan that was mis-labeled, so I know that is still pending.
4) I have injected myself into fixxing the Petr issues because that is the RIGHT thing to do, not the legal, but the right thing to do. The whole time I was out in Arizona loading up inventory, Petr was busy cutting the CZ barrels.
Here is what I will say on this on any forum. If you are a customer, and have ANY issue, call me, and I am ensuring Petr fixes it. His screw-ups (shipping wrong this or that, not shipping this due to people having the same last name, etc.) are mostly cleared up. I do know that the Mutants were barrels were being machined when I was there. If you have ANY issues, call me or Petr. If Petr doesn’t anwer, call me immediately on the TGAG number.
If you don’t have an issue, but continue to post negative, then how can I help ANYONE’s problem?
Call me with your order number, and date of purhcase to help speed up fixxing the issue. What is YOUR AB# and I’ll look into this immediately.
p.s. I spent all Friday and Saturday loading up the truck in Arizona, and drove it to California.Mondy I spent all day un-loading it, as well as about a million pellets. I am spending the whole week testing out the Hubens piror to shipping. I don’t have time to spend time reading 4-5 forums. If you want your issue fix, CALL ME and keep me informed!

Bone head I own a Baby Mutant. It has a Dman barrel in it and I have not had one headache with it. It easily shoots sub 1/4 inch groups at 50 yards so take your sorry ass back to AGN shitbags.

At the current rate you are saving $14 every night you’re up, upset, piss off, cursing at TGAG or Joe and wishing you didn’t bought your GREAT DEAL. The longer this issue go unresolve the less you will save. Is your saving of $300 still a GREAT DEAL now?

I am sure you bought your guns through Top Gun, but now that Joe Brancato owns Top Gun He will not deal with you , So you have to deal with a Peter that no longer is in the air gun business, WTF.

Petr asked me to send the “Germany” barrel and cocking lever back to him for barrel and lever warranty replacement. I did that more than 2 weeks ago, but haven’t received any replacement yet. This is very disturbing…

Asking for the barrel I bought to be shipped to him for a CZ barrel. I said send me the CZ barrel first then I’ll send you my barrel. The made in Germany barrel is my property. I will decide which barrel is right for me.
Jeff, who ever you rep, send me the CZ barrel first, then after evaluating it, I will send either the CZ or Made in Germany barrel back. You guys lied to me once. I will not trust you (TGAG) so please don’t call the shots. It’s my turn. If you guys don’t understand my request, you guys suck!

So please, tell us all, what is the scoop? Are you willing to put what you THINK you know in print? Or will you use innuendo? I have NOTHING to hide. Tony, myself, and many other reputable dealers have all purchased from this person. What is it you are saying?
1) You imagine is quite correct. You ARE imagining.
2) You did miss something, a lot. You do realize these are 2 different Steves, right?
Think about this. Everyone raves about how the Mutant Standard shot lots-out great. Why is Petr re-barreling Standards? He is NOT. He is Barreling Standards that he purchased without barrels. He purchased a bunch of Mutants w/o barrels way below cost. He got the CZ barrels, and sold them with a barrel under my cost. That was his decision. Did I like the fact that guns are sold under my cost? No, but it is what it is. So he is in the market of selling Mutants with his own CZ barrel. FYI, that is why I was amenable to the decision of him selling all the Mutants under his name, not through my website (even though he has a non-compete with me).
The Mutants had nothing to do with this deal. Do you HONESTLY think I am going to spend that kind of money for a company, over Mutants (That had a bad rep?) You’re missing more than you know. Not that it is any of your business, but I will mention that I purchased the company because I have an outstanding Air Tank business, but could never get noticed in the Air Gun Market. As much as I tried, I haven’t moved many airguns. I approached TGAG out of the blue so that I could get a company that was established (he may have also approached me, it’s been a crazy month). Funny thing, another vendor in Arizona constantly complains about my “relation” with the 2 Steves (S2) and for that reason won’t sell to me certain brands (he’ll sell some, not others). In fact, the relation with S2 is the reason I was kicked off AGN as well, even though TGAG was a paying sponsor. And now YOU say the SAME IDENTICAL statement. T That is quite a coincidence that you sound the same horn about S2. Why don’t you all give it a rest about S2, and just let people go on with their business. I hold no malice toward any vendor even though I have been thrown off their forum, but it seems that one group always has an ax to grind with S2. Give it up will you? Llet us just get down to helping people, instead of responding to assasins that act in a dubious manner.
So bottom line. Do YOU have an purchase with either TGAG or me? If so, please list the AB number so that I can resolve the issue. BUT, if you are hear solely to stir the pot, and create a dog-pile, then I know who you are and who you represent.
