my condor is a hunk of expensive garbage
Got my brand new condor 24″ .22 cal in the mail on saturday. Filled bottle to 3000 psi, pw set right in the middle using the only pelets for sale in the area RWS 14.5 gr domed pelets. First shot was a dud and basically could be seen in flight. Next 20 or so were all right, but went supersonic and were louder than my .22 Mag. went inside, checked pressure and i was down to 1900 psi. Topped off and went to sight it in at 30 yards on a military human sized target. Forget it!!! absolutely no consistency. one would be off the paper right, and the next one off to the left, up down, you name it. Figure that the pellets are too light and going supersonic is blasting them all over. Turned the PW to 0 and the speed def dropped (visually, no chrony yet) but still all over the place. I have a nice Leapers scope that I swapped to my Ruger 10/22 to see if it was the glass. 1/4 group at 50 yards with the 10/22 so its not the scope or the shooter. Wadda I do?? Send to Tony?? dont wanna dick around if this is a f”d up gun, and the crown is flawless. Thanks

While we are on the subject, How does gamo achieve supersonic speeds with PBA (light) .177 pellets and not have it affect accuracy?? I believe they offer several 1200 fps springers.
they don’t!
