New .25 Vulcan
Well , I got ( SPOCK ) late yesterday . Didn’t come Friday due to bad weather , so they say . Number N1650016 , I thought the new shrouds where vented but haven’t
seen any vent holes yet . Only had time to mount my Vism 3-9x42mm with built-in red laser and had to go out to the local gun shop to get the 1″ scope mounts be-
cause the mounts on my Talon SS were to small for the Vulcan . I’ll remove the shroud tomorrow and see if it has been vented if it isn’t may have to call Tony and
ask him if it should have been . Shot one 9 round mag. through it just to see how it felt and I liked it alot , much better than having to reload a single shot gun . I
love the bolt action and also my trigger , it is nice and crisp and for me needs no adjustments . I still need to zero my scope and will do so as time allows , have
alot of things on the burner at the moment that supercedes playing with my new toy . It is louder than my .25 Talon SS and I’m not sure if it is from the barrel or
ping , trigger slap , etc . will work on it and see what it is . If it’s the shroud I’ll get in touch with Donny . Have a nice ECHO 1 , 32″ rifle case for it from ECHO 1
USA.COM . has 4 outside compartments with 4 inside velcro straps to secure it with . Has a standard outside carrying strap and an over the shoulder carrying strap
as well . If for any reasons I can’t make Spock backyard friendly then I’ll keep my .25 Talon SS for that and buy it a new scope and my brother is going to be shit
out of luck on getting the Talon and Spock will serve as the new Delta Master Blaster .

Zonk I picked up the cricket 22 couple days ago and it felt like a tank. I didn’t weigh them but it sure felt like a big log. Maybe that’s why it’s a good shooter

have in my hands an exceptional weapon . I started out in the PCP world of airguns with a .22 cal. Talon SS and after a happy year of shooting it at
that caliber I up-graded it to a Talon Tunes .25 caliber and was so elated with that caliber that I never even thought going back to .22 cal. again . I
really loved shooting my Talon SS in .25 cal. it may have only a selected grain of pellets to offer and costs more to shoot but it had the best killing
power that I really wanted to have . When the Vulcan first came out I wanted one because it had a forward bolt action and could be changed out for
a lefty to shoot and it was a repeater . I wasn’t happy that the max caliber was only a .22 cal. A right hand shooter doesn’t even think about who
can shoot this gun because most guns on the market are made for the right hand shooter and most manufactures don’t give a shit about leftys . Also ,
I said to myself if they won’t make this gun in a .25 caliber than fuckem I won’t buy it . However , they were smart and offered this gun in .25 caliber .
Now let me tell you even though this is only the second PCP airgun that I have ever owned , even though I really like my .25 Talon SS my Vulcan is so
much more of a PCP airgun than my Talon SS could ever be . This gun is so accurate , so powerfull , beautifully compact , trigger clean and crisp , when
shouldered and shooting free hand it fells like a natural extension of my body and shooting it is such a pleasure that only those who own one or will let
a friend shoot it can truely know how great this gun is , those who have not will never know .

I don’t own any airforce guns but you are spot on with the Vulcan. It’s definitely a great piece of work all around. These guns are accurate out of the box and no messing with them either. Take them out and shoot. Finally a gun worth the money

Congratulations Birdman. Yes the 25 Vulcan packs a punch. The twang of the spring seems to quieten down after 700 rounds. Did you chrony it?
how bad ass this bullpup is . On the very first shot the JSB 25.39 gr. pellet went through my target , the target back wall support and then went
through my fence . Had to put a stack of 4×4 ‘s behind target back support , didn’t know just how powerfull that little beast was until I took the
first shot . Anyway’s , I filled the rifle to 250 Bars and shot 5 nine round mags. down to 120 Bars ( WHY ? 120 Bars ) Because being new to this
gun and with all of the excitement of shooting this amazing total piece of pure joy I forgot to check my Bar level after the first four mags. So ,
anyone of you chrony experts have at least this – From 250 Bars to 120 Bars 54 shots total with 25.39 gr. pellets . Refilled to 250 Bars and loaded
one mag. with Baracuda Hunter Extreme 28.40 gr. and one mag. of Eunjin 35.8 gr. pellets . Shot both mags. at my steel spinning target just to
see how they would shoot . Both shot dead on and I have to say that my .25 Talon SS never hit the spinner with as much force as the Vulcan does .
This gun is not only a tact driving shooter ,it has shown me that it is going to be a deadly sniper killing beast slayer . Do I like this gun ? Hell Yes .
After I got my scope zeroed in , it was a one hole stacking shooting piece of blissfull joy and you have to shoot one to see and fell the power
this gun has .

Lunker , I’m a lefty and I asked Tony to set-up my bolt for a left hand shooter so I wouldn’t have to change it myself when my gun arrived , other wise I
think they would come set-up for a right hand shooter since most shooters are right handed .
Oakey , my shroud is vented but only with one vent hole about 4 1/2 ” from the end of the rifle barrel . You said to look for 2 to 3 grub set nut screws
on the barrel . I have only one grub set scew on the top of my barrel . Why do you have more than one grub screw ? Since my booklet only shows my
moderator as item # 54 with no mention of the grub screw on it and has no internal info at all , I have to think that the top grub screw will have some
thing to do with baffles in the moderator . Maybe Keyser will be able to tell us more about the moderator and baffles . If so , a picture of moderator
set-up would be most helpful .

Look on the shroud for two or three grub nut screws I believe this is where it was vented and then shoot the shit outta that gun.
That delay of delivery would have been agravating but the result will make it soon forgoten.
Mine arrived as a leftie and works well that way for me. I’m curious to know if they all are originally lefties or did yours arrive set up as right handed.
I need to get out my special, hardly used rifle screw drivers set before I begin to modify it. I don’t want any tell tail witness marks on such a beautiful air rifle.

Yes it does. It is a great little gun. Might pull out my skeleton stock and put it on. Kind of getting used to wood again
