New breech (sure not the one you eventually get though!)

Before you start getting excited, shall I say that for me it is Nice to see how quickly Ed actions his “new breech” (backandforthbackandforthbackandforth), when the one i got in my matador R3 (which is btw the newest model!) every time I load a pellet needs a full hand on it, a good 3kg of pull, and a couple prayers perhaps, to make up for the poor drilling used when it has been manifactured!
What is the point of advertising a new piece when the actual parts that are shipped to the “loyal customers” are made with knives and forks?
Good engineering goes together with quality control, and most importantly customer care.
Sorry guys, i flagged this in a previous post, flagged it to the manifacturer and i didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply (not to mention the possibility of having a faultless replacement breech sent with apologies!)

Mine is not rusted. It is poorly made.
Besides, the new bolt is ugly, with that square bottom part, of course in my opinion.
However the point is that one thing is the prototype, and another is what you find in the box, after you have spent a couple of grands.

It looks like a way better design than the old steel block.
And on top of it the new steel parts are stainless steel to help with rust.
I wonder if its possible to get it as a kit to replace steel blocks that we have.

dont know what the rant is about here. ed is just showing his latest update with the breech which i think is great that he improves his products after manufacture and that it can be fitted to a gun previously bought and not having to buy a new one
