Poor service from Pyramyd Air remedied
I just recieved 4, 500 ct tins of JSB Heavy’s from Pyramyd Air.
You in the know , already know what I am going to complain about.
Some worker packed them poorly and the contents fell out of the dented tins into the box.
I hear this again and again, as most of you know they used to really pack them well, but they allow this to happen because they do not care about our business.
As a result they just lost my business.
Why bother to buy a accurate rifle, and then shoot damaged pellets.
I am waiting for a reply from them now. They should have a good story about this, lord knows they have had the chance to explain it again and again.
I have told them their reply will be read on both this forum and the Yellow Forum.

I’d bet a dozen tins of pellets that there is one employee who doesn’t care top pack the pellets the proper way and just says fuck the customer and throws them in the box with a little smile because he is a fucking asshole and hates the world even though he does nothing to better it.
I know the type and he packed those fucked up pellet packages. 😉
i also sent a link to this post to PA yesterday and added my name and order history to the message to be sure they knew I wasn’t bullshitting about my experience with their ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE” and how much I had spent with them in the last 6 months. SURPRISE, SURPRISE- NO RESPONSE!!!!!

I put it on my 24 inch Condor which is wearing a long etac attached to a talon tank, and has the Millet tr1.

Glad Steve in Ct helped out, but like I said it is a little too restrictive for me, and I do not have the history there that you two do.
Perhaps I am just a little too free spirited and maybe a little to rude crude and socially unacceptable, but like I said it is just a little too restrictive for me.
You have to remember, I lived a large part of my life in the only house in 110 square miles, so asking permission to speak is a red flag to me, as bull in a china closet as apposed to a distrust issue. I do enjoy reading the posts, but I doubt I will post there anymore.
On another note, Wok, I recieved a brand new wok 15 from another member today, and installed it. My you do fine work, both in design and execution.
And thanks for the history lesson, I understand things there a little better.

RoachCreek, I am glad that you got the pellet problem taken care of.
I got my 12 tins in today and it took me a while to get all of them out of the foam rubber. All of my PA pellet orders have been very well packed.
My daughter ordered me some pellets, for a christmas present, last year. They were just thrown in a box along with some wadded up newspaper. A couple of the tins had opened and I had some damaged pellets. She ordered them online.
I always call and talk to a real person. I wonder if that makes a difference?

I like the Yellow Forum and yes Steve CT runs a tight ship because he has to. The Yellow forum use to be a lot of fighting and grudge matches and bullies running wild. When he bought the forum he had to lay down rules so the majority can enjoy it.
So while it seems unfair not to complain about a dealer on the main forum understand if you had several thousand people doing that each month no one would enjoy the forum.
The TAG is small compared to the Yellow Forum and we do not mind dealing with the occasional problem. But if it got to be a full time job dealing with it things would change here as well.
So I think considering what Steve CT has to work with the YF is is pretty good and I spend a lot of time over there. It is far better now then what it was before he took it over.
And for those of you who do not know or remember Steve CT provided the TAG its first website for free and was supportive and gave us anything we need, when we needed it most.
I am pleased, but not surprised that PA made it right. I had to call several times to get through to them when I rattled my sabre on your behalf. I wonder if they are that busy, or if they have eliminated some of their customer service people with the economic downturn? Again, congratulations on being treated like a valuable customer. Shooting Chrony should take a lesson from PA. 😉
Nicole at Pyramyd Air called several times, I live on the edge of cell phone coverage and was on my daily 4 mile walk, but we eventualy made contact. She seems to make things happen there.
She is replacing the order, and I sent her pictures of what I recieved so that she can educate the workers in the shipping department.
Pyramyd air and I are okay once again.
However, about Steve in Ct, well that is a different story.

I recieved my no charge replacement shipment of 4 tins of 18 gr Exacts from PyramydAir. All professionally wrapped up in layers of foam, that were cut to allow the pelllets to arrive undamaged. They arrived still in the partial wrapper from the sleeve.
Thanks to all of you on the forum who emailed, called and put up a gripe to get this order out correctly.
Shooting the damaged pellets at 50 yards in a dead calm wind yielded groups that the rifle usually shoots, .50 to .80 but only 4 out of five would go into the group, almost always a flyer would enlarge the group size and this was sorting damaged skirts as I was shooting. Pellets that were sorted/discarded out and shot just made things worse.
This was with the can that opened and scattered in shipping, I have not tried the dented cans yet but I have found damaged skirts in those cans.
I suspect that individuals in the packaging/shipping department have bite marks on their ass that would match Nicoles bite pattern, lord knows the shit from us rolled downhill to her desk.
Call her if you have gripes, she makes feces occur.
