Poor service from Pyramyd Air remedied
I just recieved 4, 500 ct tins of JSB Heavy’s from Pyramyd Air.
You in the know , already know what I am going to complain about.
Some worker packed them poorly and the contents fell out of the dented tins into the box.
I hear this again and again, as most of you know they used to really pack them well, but they allow this to happen because they do not care about our business.
As a result they just lost my business.
Why bother to buy a accurate rifle, and then shoot damaged pellets.
I am waiting for a reply from them now. They should have a good story about this, lord knows they have had the chance to explain it again and again.
I have told them their reply will be read on both this forum and the Yellow Forum.

Your right, and for me it is going to be smaller mid country and west coast just for the break in frieght.
So far Airgun Depoe and more importanly Rlairgun supply. Randy has been wonderful to deal with, he helped me put together a cascading system recently and did the leg work himself.
I have an extension to call tomorrow at PA and will try it, but they never got back to me today.
It seems this problem is a hit or miss thing on being properly packaged.
So far it has been a wonderful birthday other than that, just opened the wifes present 😉

i got some pellets 2 weeks ago, packed great, just wish they could answer their phone better, sometimes u just need to talk to someone with questions
I just recently received an order from them on several packs of pellets and they were packaged extremly well…Look like you got the dip shit that didt give a rats ass call and complain they can then deal with the problem and hopefully they will take care of you and send you a properly packaged order
About 6 weeks ago, I ordered 14 tins from them. They came packed in heavy foam rubber and were in excellent shape.
I have 12 tins of .25 cal. JSBs due tomorrow. I hope they are also packed in the foam rubber. If mine have just been thrown in a box and are all dented up, I will let you guys know.

We need to support the little guy who gives better service. People like Mac1 airguns, Pomona Airguns, Precision Airguns and lets not forget Talon Tunes!

I am not sure if you guys realize it or even care but we as a group at the TAG forum are waiting for you to reply to a customer that is a member of our forum. As far as I can tell you have lost his business already….. We at the TAG forum will monitor your actions and decide whether to continue to support your company in the future by the way you settle this man’s claim…. I am sending this to try to prevent you from losing a lot of business… If you will give me a name and # he can call, I will pass it on….

Yes your right, dealers who do this should be run out of the business by customers refusing to buy their pellets.
They used to be one of the best in the business with their packaging, and touted it on their web site.
If someone gives me good business, I make sure everyone hears about it, that is the way it is supposed to work. But then I had heard the stories so in truth I knew better.

The only thing worse than their pellet packaging is their phone service. I have spent days on hold with those people and as a result get mad and order else where. Today I spent sometime doing just that on their phone. I orded these on line, primarily due to their 4th tin deal. And I suppose I lost maybe one fourth of the pellets, so other than shipping I am breaking even.
The DBOI posting where I have to send an email get permission for what I bitch at, is not something I wish to participate in. In truth it makes me fighting mad.
I will deal with Randy at RL or Airgun depoe in the future.

HI RC, after my ovrewhelming negative experience with the Shooting Chrony company, I called PA and told them of your post and that I am waiting to see what resolution is provided before I place my order for some more .25 caliber pellets. When I bought my .25 Marauder, the pellets that I ordered with it came in a separate box. That box was 12″X12″X12″ that had no packing in it for the 12 tins of pellets. They shook, rattled, and rolled all the way from Kansas. That company did refund my money for the dented pellets which touned out to be the 20 grain Beeman FTS pellets. The 31 grain Kodiaks are a tough, thick pellet that didn’t seem to mind the ride. Maybe if enough of speak out for one another, we might get better service, or not. Good luck, RC
