are you fucking serious.. i’ll stick with the hand pump…

Serious about what?

why the convuluted quote? no Marauder out there with an 800cc reservoir

I would like to see you pump that 800cc tank from 2,000 to 3,000psi 🙂

Be a coronary in the making.

Walter….

Just rambling.. been up since 4. Mrod has like 225cc or something higher with greg davis extension on it.

That looks like good customer service/support to me. 😀

X2, Amen Steve.

thanks a lot guys. Ill check it when I get home from the lawyers and the vet

That looks like good customer service/support to me. 😀

It’s the backcheck oring on the lower cylinder. It could have a speck of dirt in it or the oring went bad. What input pressure were you running?

To fix it unscrew the steel tube end of the fitting and bend the tube to the side. Then unscrew the fitting itself from the cylinder. Pull out the backcheck valve attached to the spring and inspect the oring under a magnifying glass. if there are particles then clean and replace. If the oring is bad then clean the carrier and replace the oring.

That oring takes the most punishment, especially if you boost the input pressure.

What is it doing?
Going to 2400psi and stop or keep pumping but not build pressure?

Did you read all the troubleshooting on the new site?

FAILURE is an ugly word for something that is totally rebuild-able and is still running 😉
That’s the word I used for my 2 previous marriages 😆

Thanks Adam,

RJ, relax. You have the best $400 4500psi compressor available to man.

What are you feeding it? from an oiless? if not you likely burned the third stage oring and second stage is doing all the work.
Do you have any leaks?

Time to open it up and check the seals. It came with a spare set eh?

When you get and have more Qs fire away

Maybe Voltar can help.

Most of us do not have one.

Now I do know Tom Kaye does check this forum so he might chime in as well.

Sounds like time to make a photo copy of the Bill of $ale and then read the warranty thoroughly and call ‘Customer Service’.

What type of warranty does the Shoebox compressor have?

Sam 😥
