Shooting deer with .25 condor! Any advice?
Trying to get some advice on shooting deer with well placed head shots. I have a talon tunes fully blown condor. Any advice on pellets? Distance? Ext? Trying to get it on video. Thanks for any info.

First and foremost from someone who has killed hundreds of them with a 22 long rifle, don’t do head shots.
Too low and you break a jawbone, they run off and you have an animal die a miserble death. If you have the wrong angle, you glance off their heads.
Lung them or heart shoot them, they will not go far. I killed truck load with a silenced 22 ruger pistol, did it for years, I gave up on the head shots when I was still in my teens. THe stories about shooting for the eyes and all that is mainly bullshilt, or inexperienced hunters who got lucky.
If you strike a blood vessel with a heart shot with your 25 Condor, the deer will not go far.
Give the hit animal a good hour and then follow up the trail. If you have a dog who will follow blood, so much the better.
