Should I buy a criket?

He (Wild West) has a link on the classified page on the Yellow. I just know him and Phillip are working on the 30 cal Cricket project. I guess he kind of branched off from TGAG.
So you’ve heard of the website and steve is a stand up guy?….cause I never heard of the website and I’m paying with paypal to cover my ass.
And besides that he’s charging me the same price and a bulldog stock costs, so I assume I’m getting a deal..
I know I mentioned this before but the skeleton stocks are more expensive than the bullpup stocks in KalibrGun’s catalog. Its much more practical on a bench rest than a bullpup because you can slide the rear rest to get the right elevation since it is angled. The stock is incredibly light. I wish my Matador stock felt like the Cricket’s.

Ok so I went and made a phone call to a website called wildwestairguns.com and spoke to a gentlemen named Steve which is the owner…and explained to him that I wanted to make a purchase of the kalibr criket in the skeleton stock. Which they said they had in stock…..so he assured me that he does have them in stock and that his website was having problems with over estimating shipping…so long story short this Friday when he gets back from a trip…payment is going to be set for my skeleton stock criket!!!!!!
Now I want the skeleton because I’ve read and heard that it’s lighter than the bulldog and synthetic stock…..the only thing that messes with me is the fact there’s no place to put the extra clip…but whatever….oh and he’s giving me FREE SHIPPING!
AOA has a .22 synthetic cricket used for $1295, might be worth a call?
They still sell the legacy box. Its a bit slower but some of the updates on the Freedom are marketing like being quieter. My Shoebox was never that loud, it’s the pre compressor (Porter cable 150 psi) that is extremely loud. I just go in the other room. It takes about 2-1/2 hours to top off one of my 44 cu ft SCBA tanks which is all I do at one time. I have only replaced the O-rings once in two years because 75-80 hours or so I used it is a lot of air for calibers .25 or lower. Big bores require a lot more.
AOA doesnt have the one I want either and I think having unlimited air is always better than another gun….I already have plenty guns to use my atlas on….just wish there was a place that sold a cheaper shoebox….I guess American made will have to do… :1: … 😈
Why not get one from AOA or TGAG? A Cricket with an Atlas bipod; great combination. 😆
Having a Shoebox is nice. No doubt about it and I have free air at the firehouse a mile away. 🙂
Being that I can’t get the stock I want for the cricket….I think I’m going for the shoebox freedom 8 and the 75 cubic feet tank.
I´ll call him tomorrow. Didn´t have the time today …
So you went on with one! Nice – i quess we´re waiting for the same, delayed factory delivery. Well, at least they´ll be from the latest batch. :7:
I´m really hungry for the .25! Any news from Mika?

I can look at that picture for a long time Brant, she’s a beauty. I wish the .25 cal looked exactly like the STD.
