Shroud I machined
I had a shroud/baffle idea I wanted to try and I received the 6061 from McMaster yesterday; here’s what I came up with. The inside of the tubing & baffles are machined for an interference fit, pressed together and held with retaining compound. The “crown” area is machined into the back side of the fat baffle, and the other end is machined for a perfect slip fit into my gun. The blue piece is just a pipe I turned down the O.D. and squared up the end real quick to use as a tool to press the baffles in place to different depths.
If I’m happy with how it works, I’ll probably paint it with some Aluma-Hyde after this weekend. I haven’t even had a chance to try it yet. I’ll get some pictues on the gun later, it only extends out from the frame 10″.

I don’t know what the rules for selling here are. I don’t want to step on anyones toes but if it costs money to be a vendor it wouldn’t be worth my time.
Also since these are press fit you would have to be able to provide super accurate measurements as there is no room for error, or have another means of securing them inside your shroud.
Will u be selling just the baffles themselves?
