If the Tank and barrel on your MCT has the same O.D, then i dont see a reason for it not to work.

Tank-60mm, Barrel-15mm

I love the new MCT tactical, but I wish it had a front ring (bottle to barrel) support like the 80ftlb air ranger thats pictured above.

Anyone know if I can add that option to my MCT?

And I got the Airstream MK5 the other day. Here is some updated shots for you guys.

MG,

Thank you for testing that Mag out, here is my 80ft/lb AR in .25, mine did 83ft/lb out of the box but i made a new valve for it,hammer spring to slow it down with H&N 31grains.

Just painted the stock black , original was the same as Ted’s AW 😀 Also that is a home made Silencer, much much better than the original.

Greetings….

This is one heck of a gun. Just got it and plinked away. Deadly silent and ‘whack’ or ‘thud’ is all you hear. Got it with a Hawke 8-32×56. I may change it to a Nikko Diamond. Gotta see how the Hawke performs. I’m lovin it.

One sweet rifle. If you can afford it; go for it. Of course the Edgun is a nice toy too if they were available.

MG,
Does that new magazine fit your Air Ranger ? cause the older magazine doesnt have the O-Ring and its a pain to load.

Naser…

I just tested it and yes the new mags do fit my Ranger but they’re very tight. And as you mentioned, the new mags are much tighter to load. Hope this helps.

No prob. Ted, we will be waiting for a great review like usual :thumb: :thumb:

OH!

No – not easy enough. It’s all one piece that attaches with set screws at the breech. The whole barrel slides up in it. When I do the review, I’ll try to point my camera down it, but I need better lighting for that (ie daylight).

No no, I meant the shroud 😀 please

Ted, how about some pictures of the internals of that beautiful thing?

Sure, Naser – easy enough.

The Wolf that was sent to me by AoA for testing is identical to yours (with the exception of the walnut stock). For those interested, that crazy looking shroud is the new Huggett Shroud. In the words of AoA, “They are the coolest add-on we’ve found. They actually were not made for Daystate rifles, but we worked a deal between two of our contacts, Daystate and Ben Taylor, and got them made up special for the US market. They are crazy quiet.”
