Q:

TAG Sellers…..

To tell you the truth with all the problems that have been occuring with people selling stuff and then taking off and not responding Tony and I have thought about how to get some control over this stuff.

People come on here and sell their wares and services and good ole Tony pays the bills and they are getting a free ride and often are competing directly against Tony and getting a free ride on his dime and they are only really here to make a few quick bucks.

Something is going to have to change around here.

This is becoming a more serious issue everyday.
Its becoming a little more personal to me every time the billing cycle comes up and I have to pay for others free advertising.

We are all so proud of our TAG and it will be here for a long time, but some changes will be made.

Thanks Tony

My Head Hurts.

Guys,

As a former member of the TOG when I got my first SS I was came to the site to look for answers and the next “cool” thing to do to my rifle.

I got out of the SS and into a AA Ev2, Rapid MFR, Tau200 and, IZH46m, among others.

I always looked into this forum from the Yellow to see what was going on. It always made my day to see the neat things other guys were doing to their guns. Along came the E-TaC, and other mods I do. I asked if it was ok to sell it here and was given the ok. E-TaC sales are going strong and I appreciate the opportunity to be here with you guys.

I personally think TAG has the right to expect payment for people to sell their wares here, but there has been no formal request or requirement to do so. I have said in previous post that if payment is required, I’ll pay. Nobody should get anything for free. This site is not free, and I’m benefiting from it.

If the problem stems from people sending guns and money to the lowest bidder who contacts them on PM. Then I cannot see why they then contact the site’s management to straighten the mess they go themselves into. We all have to be judicious in our quest for a mod or other item.

It has always amazed me that people will see the cost of a quality item and then decide to go with a cheaper item only to find it not up to the standards they thought they should get. If you buy a Crosman, you can’t expect Quackenbush quality. You can’t buy a NC Star and expect Swarovski glass. You get what you pay for. I can’t imagine why someone would expect the site management to settle their disputes. That’s just not right.

Keep up the good work guys.

Now this is getting funny. Are you guys doing this on purpose?

Oh Shadoh is doing it on purpose. The purpose is to being a pain

Now this is getting funny. Are you guys doing this on purpose?

quote Shadoh:

So that is a yes? Maybe you could do it only with that persons permission?

The answer is NO

People tell us in PM’s sent to us!

So let me ask you. Do you steal from your work? Or maybe you only do it when another employee gives you permission?

Big brother is watching you. 😀 It’s a public forum, if you don’t want them to read something, talk to them via e-mail, that’s how i run my scandals. 🙄

So that is a yes? Maybe you could do it only with that persons permission?

You guys read our PMs?

Shadoh,

How many PM’s do you get complaining about losing your gun or money to a seller and not receiving what you pay for?

I have received many.

You guys read our PMs?

Well it’s possible to. That’s another story about how TOG was killed. 🙂

These guys don’t though. What happens is all of a sudden a few people will come on here asking for advice to their “tuned” gun, and when people start asking questions about where it was tuned they reply, “well this person pm’d me and said he could do it for cheaper than anyone else, so I sent it to him” and several other people will have gotten the same message from the same guy.

So no one really knows until it comes out on the open forum one way or another.

For pretty much everyone out there, if someone offers to “tune” your gun, ask on the open forum if they can be trusted or not before you send them the gun. Not doing this can easily lead to another guy that you send a gun and/or money to and never hear from him again.

You guys read our PMs?

The sneaky PM bastards’s piss me off…. Dong was PM’ing people left right and fucking center soliciting work behind the scene’s and “we” didn’t want to say anything because we thought it would make it look like we were protecting Tony’s business – lo and behold the little bastard gets in too deep and takes people for their guns, time and money.

Shit, just knowing this will help prevent it from going on in the future. I had no idea such effort was made by dong, that’s some sneaky shit!

Group hug? 😆

This place: :8

Well, certainly kicked the ant pile on that one.
Good to see you guys still have a pulse.

Thank you to all the members who offered donations. It is good to know that you have my back but I will never accept donations or charge anyone for selling as long as I can keep things going.

Most important, this is NOT my site. It belongs to it’s members and always will.

I only got this site started when we had nowhere else to go and if it was’nt for Adam, Yellow Ninja, and Teflontron, we would not be here thriving like we are today.

The idea of charging a fee to those who are manufacturing parts was to seperate the committed from the shady.

So I hope this was a nice wake up call for everyone involved…..

All I ask for is a little respect to others. It just seemed like things were getting a little out hand.

Thanks, Tony
