There may not be bugs, too work out this time.
I think they may have it right this time. First off there are quite a few Russian guys.
That have made, & run bullpups, that are semi-auto. That use the spring in the shroud like the Humming bird used the first time around. And they all use a mag that has a spring, that you wined up.
Just like the new, Colibri has now. That was the down fall, of the Humming bird.
The design was too complex, with the indexing tooth on the side of the mag.
You can see from the designer, of the Humming bird, that went on to make the Vulcan.
Why in he’s thinking he used a mag, that has a spring in it.
That was the whole down, fall.
And what I like about it, it’s nice & steam lined, no big bottle hanging off the front of the gun. Just a air tube. At last……… :biggrinn:
Yea, and I ain’t no Glock fanboy neither… nor any other striker fired pistola… :8:
It kind of looks like a Glock pistol from the front. It’s not breaking any new ground with a square look. 😉
I think it looks good, but they could have made it better at the front endcap, that does look a bit wierd
Yea, that square barrel/shroud just looks goofy… Who in the world thunk of something like that?!! :suprisedn: :suprisedn:
That is strange…. :suprisedn:
It will be a wonderful gun. But looking from the muzzle end side the square shroud looks strange.
I will be anxious to see the performance results. I have been hammering the daylights out of the backyard with my Baby Mutant for nearly the last year. It is absolutely outstanding with the fancy walnut stock from Michael but time is near to add something new to the arsenal. 😉
Maybe I will sell my .22 Cricket since I like the .177 Baby Cricket and the use the .30 Edgun for coons (I still have not had a valve stem problem on the Gen 1 30 cal std Eddy). In fact, the 30 cal valve stem outlasted the first valve stem I replaced in my .22 Cricket.
I bet this new Colibri will take six months or more to debug and become widely available.
yes the reviewer is a giant, anything in his hand looks tiny/like a toy.
the butt/stock end bit is aluminium with rubber/soft pads not adjustable. there is a cocking indicator on it just like the Vulcan has it.
the magazine is again similar the pellet stops the spinning rotor, spring loaded. not the gun cycles the magazine.
manual safety
the camo is i guess is one of the many available. looking at the crossection it is a bit way too wide for me.
Is this the one that will be showcased at the IWA show? The camo they choose is horrendous. Should have just had an all black one for display. It would have looked more pleasing on the eyes. Square shroud will take some getting used to but it seems both Kalibrgun and Edgun are doing the square dance thing with their latest offerings. A positive is now they have a foregrip. The rail looks to be on the short side or simply a tad too far back to give proper eye relief but I believe the guy posing with it is huge. Mags look cool but they look expensive too. The old mags were like $90+ each.
So is this a production KalibrGun? Definitely looks new from the ground up.
Hi Coda
I used google translation and this what I understood. It is semi automatic all metal and synthetic stock,210 cc air tube,18 shot spring loaded magazine seemingly to avoid indexing problems , 480 mm barrel,450mm twist rate. With approximately 3 mags shot count of 38+_ joule.

This new Coliri has gotten my interest , but I’ll wait a bit to see the reviews first before buying one . Want to
make sure that is new gun isn’t going to be a lemon like the last one they made .
