Q:

Trigger mods…better accuracy–

dis-assembled gun down to the point I could remove the 3 springs and agim accesss to contact points. Only able to get to 2 of the contacts..that was the 2 places on the center piece. To get to the others would mean removing those “pins” or “rivets”..and I’m not up for that..Used some 800 sandpaper that I put a couple of drops of oil on. Maybe 2 dozen strokes or so at each point, then cleaned then up with Q-Tips. Removed 1.5 coils from each of the 3 trigger springs, and put gun back together. Trigger feels a LOT better than it did..smoother and quite a bit less pull 😀 Below are some shot gtoups I did after doing the modifying. They were done at 25 yards..The one where the shots go down is cause I just wondered if I could do it..The other on on that same piece of paer would have been pretty good, ecept for the flyer(my fault, not the gun). The single group, which is just one hole is THE BEST I’VE evers hot with any airgun 😀 😀 😀 All 3 groups were 7 shots..all other info is written on the targets. IMO, that little bit of work on the trigger was WELL worth the effort…

edited to add: those are one inch squares on the targets.

Sorry I thought you were asking me. Well don’t know or can speak for them. I can say that Adam can’t comment as like I said already he could not test it. I think I stated that twice now?

As for Tony, if you want to resolve why he has not replied, I guess nothing stops you from calling him or do a PM or email him to confirm. I have no point to be lying. I have better things to do than spend time and register on a message board to lie to people.

Like I said and I’ll say it again, Tony JUST tested this a week ago. So it’s still in the works for him to decide how if he even decides to, market this tune. Give it time to decide and test and decide what level of oz he would want this tune to break the trigger at.

As for the tune, I’m thinking like a 8 and 5-4 oz would be a good place to start and people can decide what they prefer, but once again I have left this to him to decide what you all will want. I like the tune at 4oz pull and it’s safe for me as you can’t hurt anyone if you don’t load a pellet in it (duh). My real rifle target bench .22 rest triggers are at 5 oz and that is not uncommon or unsafe, so I like it. But everyone to their own and that is the beauty of the tune, you can go down to 3 oz if you want but don’t have to. It just shows the flexibility and capability of the tune.

Thank you.

My post was not intended to get a comment from you Sniper III.

When a TAG member can validate or debunk anything, they do it without hesitation.
You mentioned 2 of them that own and run this place. I expected one of them to say something.

You have to understand we have heard about the longer-lasting lightbulb and the better-built mousetrap before, then never saw either one materialize.

So we are skeptical. Attitude and unsubstantiated claims just don’t hold water.

I’m kind of surprised neither Tony or Adam have chimed in with anything here.

Afterall they have both been sent the kit. Right? ❓

Correct, but Adam, as I stated already above “is unable to test it as he has an older AF. I have submitted the tune to Tony to review instead.”

Currently Tony is the only one involved now. It will be up to him to make the decision what he wants to do. If enough people are interested and inquire from Tony about it, and he deems it’s marketable to what people want, then with enough testing, I’m leaving that up to him to decide to market the tune. I’m letting him offer this tune to be added with other great products he already offers and or services.

Why has he not chimed in? Ask him, LOL. Probably busy, or wants to do more testing are my thoughts, but I can’t and should not speak for him.

Thanks.

Whatever.

and that sir is exactly what we are all saying 😉

unless you would like to back your claims up with something it’s exactly what we’ll all keep thinking as well

Whatever. This is why I will not post any more info. Tony is the expert and that is why I shared this with him. He is a stand up guy who will test it and make it officially safe to offer if he deems it so. I sent the tune to him to test, and evaluate and market it as everyone will know it’s from a trusted and tested source.

If you have an issue with it, send him an email about it to inquire what he wants to do. I thought I was being nice to share a little info with other members to look forward to somemthing nice and affordable but that appears to have been a bad idea.

Plus I never stated no other parts are NOT involved. There are other parts involved. You need to be patient and stop attacking.

Thank you.

what exactly is there to “market”????… what do you think Tony is going to set up some add campaign for you or something? … I just don’t get it! if your claim is correct and none of the parts come out and you’re using “all stock parts” then the only thing I can come up with is cut springs which has been around for ever and has proven to be unsafe …. or this is all

quote airgunsoftulsa:

Whatever.

Since I can’t market this, Tony will if he decides to. Like I said, 3-4oz is the is the maximum it can go to showing it’s capability. It can be tuned down if needed. You will need to be patient and wait to see what Tony decides on with this tune.

Thank you.

Why don’t you tell us about it? Tony is a very bussy man and im sure he has more pressing things to deal with than answering trivial questions about something he did not develop as im sure the one that came up with it knows more than he….

Btw… 3 to 4 oz trigger is UNSAFE!

Well the results are in. Tony has tested it and stated that it’s very sensitive, .3-.4oz pull. That was the maximum setup that anyone would every want. It can be tuned down but I wanted him to test the maximum potential of the tune. It’s up to Tony to decide now if this is something he wants to market. Send him an email inquiring about the new trigger tune if you are interested. The more inquiries he receives the better chance he will put in into production and make it an available product.

PS. no this is not BS.

Thank you.

Hey Sniper III,

Still waiting for the test results. Bullshit or good shit??????????? 😕

Greetings,

The tune has been sent to Tony to review today. He will receive the items in 3-5 days in the mail. He will try it out and provide feedback on what he thinks. We spoke briefly and he liked the concept.

Stay tuned,

Peace.

Ive submitted it to Adam but he is unable to test it as he has an older AF. I have submitted the tune to Tony to review instead.

Stay tuned.

Peace.
