Q:

Trigger Time Heee! Haaa!

Ok this is what I am shooting a Condor high flow valve 22 cal and just took off my 24 inch barrel and put on an 18 inch barrel, fill pressure was 2400 shot 30 shots down to 1600 psi Top hat set at .086, 40 yds using JSB 18.1 gr pellets IMO it did very well for stock valve. I have never really done many strings and recorded them but thought it was a good time, weather here is sunny 50 deg very little wind just a nice day to shoot and what day isin’t 😆 Anyway groups were outstanding Top left target 5 shots .250 ctc top right target 5 shots .250 ctc Bottom left target 10 shots .375 ctc Orange circle and bottom Right target same 10 shots .375 ctc. moved scope up on the top right hand target for those groups that is why the poi is a bit different This is about the best groups I have shot with my Airforce Rifle and the first where I did a string and recorded it. Pictures are attached! I am sure I forgot something just let me know what you guys that do this or have just done it a few times think of it mainly the string the accuracy is in the picture I am really pleased with that can’ t ask for any better as far as I am concerned 😆 Next time “Mamcrackin” shooting 60 and 100 yds to come!!
Here are the numbers kind of hard to read on picture

Yea Walter, I am not the best when it comes to manipulating computer
programs…. It looks a lot better when it is not so erratic looking but my
capabilities are maxed out…lol

Mam, if the ‘y’ axis is ranged from 0 – 1,000 fps then the flatness of the string will be more evident.

nice shooting Eddie

I haven’t tried the JBS monsters Leroy but will do that sometime 18 inch barrel didn’t I buy something from you like that ?????????????? 😉 thanks Eddie

No problem eddie I was curious to see what the break down looked like
too…. I had an FX 4 stage pump and it was a high quality pump…. FX makes
a 3 and 4 stage pump so good luck deciding which one to get….lol I also
have a Hill pump and it has been a work horse so you should be fine with
either one….

Well thanks Mam that was nice of you to do that interesting looking at it on a chart like that I thought you might like my targets, like I said time for Mam distance now 65yds and 100!! and you might be right on! a bit more air needed in my tank might do that, I wish Airforce had these hand pumps shoved up there #@#$%^%& well you know where!!! boy all I do is fight it when I need to top off things seems like it is always something, next purchase is another tank right now I have an 88 cu ft Aluminum scuba tank 3000 psi does pretty good at fills of 2600 or so and that is where I am usually at or a bit lower so hopefully I will have a 4500psi 88cu ft lined up should be a bit better and more fills. I am going to get a hand pump sometime down the road mainly when I go a couple places out of Indiana where I live, I like to take a hand pump with me to have, I know what I want just have to save up for it hill or fx I have heard good things on the FX so probably go with that in the future. Thanks again Mam for the info. I will give them 15.8 a try sounds like you did well with them Eddie

I’m not sure why that happens with the two barrels I
have in 22 cal the 24 ” and the 18″ seem to do well at 1000fps and they
do seem to do even better at 950 and lower. Everyone I have talked to or
read post seems to shoot better at lower speeds my RX2 does really well
it is 20cal 780 to 880 with the right pellets

That’s a mighty fine shootin iron ya got there eddie and a heepa good
shootin…. You will have a blast shooting the long range… Don’t be
surprised though if the JSB 15.8gr does better at longer ranges… My
Condor was a laser shooting 15.8gr @ 1090FPS at 100yds….

I plugged your info into a program I was given just to see the break
down… I also copied another one and deleted the shots at the end that
were lower than the beginning shot, just to see what it would look like,
and copied that one here too. I think if you wanted to, you could fill a little
higher and get an even better string. Would be great to have the first 10
or so shots running in the mid 900’s but looks like what you have is
working well….

Wow nice string . Wish I hab an 18″ barrel . have you tried it with the JSB monsters ? my 24″ loves them.

I’m not sure why that happens with the two barrels I have in 22 cal the 24 ” and the 18″ seem to do well at 1000fps and they do seem to do even better at 950 and lower. Very nice groups! Glad the JSBs are shooting that good for you at those speeds. When I shoot them close to 1000fps they group about 1.5 inches for five shots but when I slow them down to 890-900 they group .5inches or under.
