Q:

Vector Apophis 1-6X28 FFP Mrad reticle for Leshiy

Finding a Leshiy scope has proven to be a challenge. I just purchase the Mrad version of the Vector Apophis 1-6X28 FFP. The turrets marked in MOA, and the reticle values are in MRAD (not my favorite set up) The click values are 1/2 MOA (also not my favorite). The turrets are crisp and positive, seem to track well and the have a 200 MOA potential. The glass is clear, and the reticle seems useful. I emailed Igor from Strelok to make sure he included this reticle in his program. The scope is substantial; it feels pretty beefy for such a little scope. Until Ed offers the Leshiy scope, this model may hold us over. The Russian version is not easy to find.

i was looking for avg zoom ( 1-8, 1-10, 1-12 ) length below 300mm

and also one scope 1-6×24 in sfp length 244mm

this one ( 1-10×30 ) dia 35mm .. half mildot reticle ” ffp ”

It’d be cool Lelya scope as well (I guess) :4:

God, my OCD is irritating. We’re in luck; I emailed Igor from Strelok, and the reticle is ready to go for this scope.

quote Wingman NZ:

Ed this could be a good little combo for your compact Lelya and Leshiy, get it made as a fixed power 6x (lighter) with your MPR 2 reticle, low turrets, lighter 35mm rings and the Edgun logo and your sorted

Now we’re talking! Fixed 6x with MPR 2 sounds like a dream scope for Leshiy! But he already has one being made right? He said so in his videos, it just isn’t ready yet

quote keyser soze:

Phil, they are 35MM rings and tube. Is that rubbish? I would hate to return it; I kind of like the scope. It seems this scope has made its rounds. I saw that Ataman had it as a “factory” scope at one time.

Thanks, they make that same ring in 34mm and 35mm I wanted to order the right ones..

Is that rubbish? No not at all, I was referring to those really crappy bulky “tactical rail” rings that the other two options are supplied with.
This scope is made in China under contract by Tac-Vector using quality German Schott Glass, they have the Vector optics logo lasered on it and sell it it for a premium with better quality rings and packaging but its the same unit as the other two I linked above.
The Chinese are loyal to none and will make it for anyone who asks with what ever name you want on it. As long as you buy a minimum order they will let you choose your rings, boxing, turret style and reticle for any product they make regardless of who else sells it as their own.

Here it is again sold as a Ade Advanced Optics with the low pro Russian Kandar turrets and Tac vector M4-62 reticle

Or another no name in Vector format:

Here the one Ataman had them make, lighter small covered turrets and a mildot reticle

Ed this could be a good little combo for your compact Lelya and Leshiy, get it made as a fixed power 6x (lighter) with your MPR 2 reticle, low turrets, lighter 35mm rings and the Edgun logo and your sorted 🙂

Wow, thanks for weighing it 😉 looks like a cool little scope for sure

Can you tell me if those Tac- Vector rings are 34 or 35mm please Brian?
The ones that come with the other options are rubbish.

The Russian one is made for Kandar and has the same M4-62 as the new Tac-Vector optics, it has lower profile turrets and is a little lighter.
It can be found here:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1-6×28-rifle-scope-30MM-free-mount/32214164811.html?spm=2114.13010208.99999999.271.LXBuVQ

The “no name” version of this scope has a more PCP suitable std Mildot reticle but has the same turrets as the Tac Vector.

it can be bought here:
