What’s your thought???
Ok so I crono my gun last week. I filled to 210 bar, my 1st shot was 840, 482, 891 845 then 530. Next 10 shots were 912 to 919 then back down to 840, 855,861 then back up to 913 to 919. After shot # 25 string stayed at 912 to 919 all the way to shot # 77. So today I tried again but with a 200 bar fill. 913 to 920 and several in the 530 to 620 range. Then back up again. Is it a bad reg? Or is it set to a lower bar? Maybe it’s Villes scope that has it shooting this way……

Yes I hope to have it this week yet. I’ll prolly run a hundred or so through the crono just to see where it’s shooting. Where I shoot birds at they’d frown if I put a hole in their steel siding. I really need to know that’s it’s shooting consistent. Just to put my mind at ease……………….

Check the exploded view on your manual.
To elaborate on the cranky old codger’s scolding dismissive ;
it is the ring that the hammer spring rests on (on the front side of the gun I believe), which is supposed to rotate so that no torsional tension builds up in the hammer spring, only linear tension to move the hammer when required.
Clear as mud now?
It will have a happy ending. This is NOT EdGun stuff, mind you.
