Ok so I crono my gun last week. I filled to 210 bar, my 1st shot was 840, 482, 891 845 then 530. Next 10 shots were 912 to 919 then back down to 840, 855,861 then back up to 913 to 919. After shot # 25 string stayed at 912 to 919 all the way to shot # 77. So today I tried again but with a 200 bar fill. 913 to 920 and several in the 530 to 620 range. Then back up again. Is it a bad reg? Or is it set to a lower bar? Maybe it’s Villes scope that has it shooting this way……

Isn’t that what the extra brass ring is for, to take the torque and binding out of the hammer and spring assembly?
And it gives us the characteristic slap (and maybe twang) for no additional cost.
BTW it is great to see that the Vulcans are supported so well, that makes me feel very good and secure about my purchase.

He does. Told y’all so long time ago. A great guy who knows what customer service is all about.
Got some good news from Ernest last night. He ran some shot strings and was having the same problem I was having. He said reg is good no problem with that just as Evengy has said. Ernest thinks the hammer was rubbing on the spring and binding it tight. He ran a constant string of 60 shots and no problem. He’ll run a few more strings today to verify.
So all of you know Evengy sent me an e-mail saying if it can’t be fixed he’ll replace my rifle. Now that man stands behind his product.
Lurker, I have to get smaller metric allens. That’s what Evengy thinks also.

After cocking does the cocking lever return freely to it’s pre-cocking rest position or does it have to be released by the trigger mechanism ❓
I’m thinking that if the starlock parts #96 are in anyway irregular it could cause a bind when they turn to a particular position in relation to one another.

The crono print out I got with the gun was 15 shots. They were all 913 to 920. It may go 20 shots before dropping down to 500 to 600 fps. I just crono’d again and I had 15 shots below 820, then back up to 915 to 920 in that area.
Sucks to hear about your vulcan zonks. Hope it’s a simple fix but let us know how it turns out.

2. Take a few shots, draws attention to the fact that the item (73) would be returned forward until it stops. It is possible that it is strongly clamped item (96) w In this case, you have not much to weaken the item (96)
