Two scopes come to my mind. First a MTC Connect with scb2 reticle, second SWFA SS 10x Tactical

Since the Vulcan Bullpup is a compact weapon, I think, the SWFA 10x is a very good scope for it.

when I get my dream Vpup cal .25, that would the scope I marry it with.

for the Vulcan Tactic, I would like a high magnification scope, 32x or higher for target shooting.

I’ve asked because i have two Hawke’s first one is 8.5-25×42 and second one is 6.5-20×42 on both I always used maximum 20x. I’m paper punched too because hint is forbidden here and no to hunt anyway. From my experience in bigger Hawke is pretty terrible find target in 25x magnification.

Oh, and according to Strelok this is my holdover values with the scope zeroed at 25m I used a lowerBC than stated in the program just in case, the yellow dot is 150m…

This is at 4,5x

I used to own a Hawke Sidewinder 8-32 and 32x at 25m when target shootin is a joy. However that scope weighs 1kg so no thanks, horrible turrets as well. 4,5-30 I like the sound of  it is also advertised somewhere around 750 grams or so and the advertised weight for the 6-24 was pretty much correct so I expect the same for this scope

Paper punching at 50m :4:

When you will use 30x magnification? 😯

I bought the Delta optical titanium 6-24 for about 250 euro from Militaria.pl it weighs 500 grams…

But it is now sold and I have placed an order for the Delta 4,5-30×50 from the same place

It is

Is that reticle on Strelok Pro? If not it needs to be.

For my Vulcan I am going with a Athlon Optics Talos BTR 4-14X44 FFP.

I find that I prefer the FFP scopes. Unfortunately, it is on backorder so I won’t get the scope for 5 weeks or so. :sadn:

Matthew

I have one of these on order too.

I did pick up the Midas BTR 4.5-27×50 SFP scope. I haven’t had the chance to use it aside from just fiddling with it but it’s pretty good for the money. The reticle is pretty nice for AG use as well.

I would really like to know how the Athlon HD glass compares to the SWFA SS HD 5-20×50. That’s the one pictured below correct? I know it might not be fair to compare a SFP to a FFP scope but weight wise, it’s 10oz lighter. There’s also a huge price difference as well. I’ve been wary of “made in China” scopes but was pleasantly surprise with Athlon.

That one looks pretty good on paper. Anyone know how it performs in the real World ??

Donkey Show ?? I hope you get piss drunk and wake up in a sleezy Hotel in the Arms of a hairy and stinky “hombre” named El Gordo.
Have a nice Holiday, my Friend ! 😉

Ok, I would like to argue or discuss the difference but Jody and I have to catch a flight to Cozumel Mexico………………….. stay warm my friends, see ya in 10 days……hahahahah

Try this but that’s getting bigger with 34mm tube. But its bright. Great for night hunts

The Steiner T5Xi 5-24×56 is 50 yd min parallax. At 5x there’s no way you can get it parallax free closer than 30 yds I’m guessing (if that). Plus it’s 33 oz. 56mm objective would mean you’ll need high rings to clear the rail and/or barrel. It’s also had tracking issues that’s still yet to be resolved. Kinda hard to swallow for a $2K plus scope.

For airgun use, you can still get away with a FFP scope with a 50 yd min parallax. You just have to get one with a low mag range of ~3x. The reticle would be small but the image would be clear and usable. I know because I have a Bushnell LRHS 3-12×44. Specs says 50 yd min parallax but I can get both reticle and image parallax free at 17 yds using 3x. It’s also 24.4 oz and compact at 13.4″. Again, I don’t know if slapping on the Steiner at 16.6″ and 33oz and 56mm objective is a good idea on a 26″ bullpup.

Ya I agree they would be a stretch for sure on a airgun
