What scope dresses the Vulcan?

The ones i’ve had the opportunity to look through beat Hawke and Falcon. No question.
The turrets are , as always with the China scopes, a bit lifeless and mushy but they work as intented and track right.
It’s good times for those looking for upper low-level and lower mid-level scopes right now.
Hope ur right “Villie”, I just ordered one of those Vector FFP scopes to try out on my new Vulcan… Ain’t even got the gun yet, and I already have 3 scopes for it…. But NO I am NOT addicted to these fancy high dollar bb guns! :suprisedn: :suprisedn:
Them Chinese are sloooowly catching up the Japanese. It will take a good while before they catch up on European made optics though and once they do the products will not be cheap anymore.

There are a good number of affordable FFP scopes out there. Still looking for the lifetime warranty, just my thing on optics right now. :smilen:
For those interested, there is a nice discussion which includes the manufacturer over at sniper’s hide:

They look very much like the offerings from Vector Optics who , imho , make the best China scopes today.

The Paragon 3-15 & 5-25 has German Schott glass – sure , not the first grade but European second and third grade beat Chinese first grade any day so both Paragons are very clear.

Same Scope and in stock right here. I have one on a .22 cricket and it is a very nice scope. Would buy it again.

Yes, the Primary Arms scope is very similar. I like that the Athlon scope has a lifetime warranty and I prefer the reticle on the Athlon scope. YMMV.
So one more Chinascope for the masses ? They’re slowly getting better though.

I find that I prefer the FFP scopes. Unfortunately, it is on backorder so I won’t get the scope for 5 weeks or so. :sadn:

And i like 34mm and 40mm even more – for the reason Zonk just mentioned.
One gets up the weight scale in a hurry though ..
I like the 30mm, more light is always good…
For my Vulcan I am going with a Athlon Optics Talos BTR 4-14X44 FFP.

What Scope Tube size do you guys prefer and why? (1 inch or 3mm). I see the SWFA ss x16 comes in both.
Exactly! It doesn’t get better than that.
I even took my blankie to the camp fires.

Thanks! I should have it next week… Vulcan coming this week from Tony. Glad to see the direct comparison with the Hawke… I have hawke’s on a springer and my .25 Cricket… I like their reticles, but don’t care for the light gathering ability. I ordered the 10-40X56 FFP Sagittarius… It may be big for the Vulcan, but if it’s good, I can always put it on the cricket and use the smaller ones I have for the Vulcan.
Thanks again for all the input!
