<p>I dont think this is correct. The 18&#8243; Talon has a shorter frame than the SS.</p>
<p>I think the shortest combo you can put together without chopping anything is a 12&#8243; barrel in the frame from an 18&#8243; Talon.</p>

<p>The reason I moved it was to mount a bipod, I have seen a cheap one locally here that mounts on a 20mm dovetail, so I have a 11mm to 20mm adapter, I havent got the bipod yet. Do you consider the bipod essential for what you do? It looks good, but how much would you use it for hunting say?
