Velocity Change After Barrel Cleaning
Anyone see any noticeable change in velocity after cleaning you barrel? Like 20-25 fps? I’m not say which way though, :fishinghole: , you might call me nuts.

Zonk my truck is at the DR I can’t move right now. Got 25 Cricket up to 933 fps now. Gonna see how she does. Looks like reg settled in and was only getting 870 fps. Tore it down and reset reg. Pretty anxious to see what it will give me for groups.
Damnit eelect get ur ass over there and you show us some 100 yd groups!!
To get 100 yards I’d have to go to my pesting sites. There is a spot where I could squeeze 100 yards with little to no wind

I am in a Ozark valley so the wind tends to be calm a lot. We do have a bit less sun because the sun rises and falls over the hills to the front and back of my house. Another positive is tornados seem to mainly go over us. 😆
Coda, I can get a mile behind my place but it’s very open and very windy here. Hard to find a still day. I have access to an indoor warehouse but can only get 75 yards… :sadn:
We have heavy woods and a creek so posting targets at 100 yards would require downing trees in a channel further through the woods and across a deep creek. The creek is 70 yards in the woods on back from my house. Maybe some day. Now in the winter I shoot stuff through the woods across the creek sometimes but mainly birds and squirrels in the trees. I have to go to a range to get 100 yards. I have a channel cut through about 20 yards of trees just to get to my 50 yard target but then there is that creek. The good news is the creek tends to attract a lot of critters. :4:
I’d love too but cold and very windy here now. My buddy and I shot 100 yards in Aug, he was using his .25 cal BC and I was using my .22 BC and .22 Cricket. I wish I’d have taken pictures we were pleased with all three.
Zonk it’s about time you show us some 100 yard smooth twist groups. I’m sure Coda and Ville are busting with anxiety.
