Looks like the standard will throw the 33gr JSB at 850 or so..very nice!

A 21″ barrel on the Long is begging the question of the “Long” Over All Length? Weighing in at 6+ pounds, this is potentially a LOT of bullpup…
OAL is of prime interest. The 62 FPE is a lot of energy for the long range shooters.

Interesting that the .22 magazine has the same capacity as the .25. So it seems that the old .22 mags won’t be interchangeable. They must use the same mag indexing mechanism on both calibers.
Nice power levels!
Thx Mr. Rowdy & Hoot on the pellet weight, I did not catch that.
So it looks like 45 fpe may be a safe guess for the new 25. shorty.
I think they will sell pretty good.
Also we’ll have too see this, time around, if they bring the long bullpups,
into the U.S. Did any one else really get, a long Taipan like in the E.U. 🙄

Economy of production would suggest he would use the same diameter for all his guns, but barrel length would enter into length of the air tube.

But what are the chance of retrofit MK1 to the bigger(MK2) size air tube? I am VERY happy with my .22 standard, just like even more shot count.
thanks,
Not sure where everyone gets this mk1 mk2 stuff… but it’s gonna be called the mutant Veteran.
I don’t believe the airtube is any bigger in diameter… not even sure if the .22 will change. The .25 is longer..
i think the standard will be 280cc
long version 350cc
but i cannot confirm if that only for 25 or all ?
then we could, tell the fpe.

1.645 grams = 25 grains
They used a standard 25gr JSB pellet.

I know my LW barrel .25 Cricket shoots right with my CZ barrel 22 Cricket and my CZ barrel 22 Mutant.
So I also know the Mutant LW barrel will be just a deadly as the 22 CZ barrel mutant.
Just to let you guys know I have nothing against the LW barrels , If I did my 25 Cricket would have been long gone,
One hole is one hole does not matter want gun I am shooting ,
I do have three guns that do not shoot as tight as groups, But there called springer’s

I know a lot of you want a short .25.

I think that they should do tests with polygonal barrel
Fox
They are using the jsb’s 25.4gr. @880 right at 43 fpe, more or less.
Which is really good with that short of barrel. Now, send me the 24″ barrel and the longer air tube and let me see what that does, or can do…
I am sure the standard will do just fine, but I want the long. Probably a .22 caliber also, with all things considered. I will intertain the .25″ though, it would work also, if no .22 make the trip…
i wish we knew what grain pellet was used.
then we could, tell the fpe.
i knew they could get 30 shots, i’ve been saying that the whole time.
just do’nt make the gun longer, just use a bigger o.d air tube.
that’s what makes the shorty so, special, (it’s short size.) :biggrinn:
please get the mag right, so we can use jsb predator pellets. :suprisedn:
we’re not asking for all that much, are we……
