wife shot dog
this weekend was interesting , we were down at my grandpa’s camp (17 acres on the river) and shooting. well my cousin needed some help so I left my wife there shooting. An hour later I got back and she was setting on the deck with the dog and waving for me to come over, I thought OH SHIT..( Just for a little more info my dog likes to chase the pellets and usually stands by the target when shooting) Well, my wife shot our dog. She was shooting at about seventy yards with the scope on high zoom and the dog ran across the yard right as she pulled the trigger. The pellet hit the ankle bone of the back right leg. Luckly I had the gun turned way down . I had my condor shooting RWS super domes .22 at 850 fps. The pellet flattened out completely to almost a half inch and wedged between her joint in her ankle bone. I had to cut open the hole and grab the pellet and pull it out, which took awhile. My dog is very well trained and didn’t move at all while I was doing it. She was a trooper. After that I bandaged it up and she was out like five minutes later like it never happened…It was a pretty close call and she could of killed the dog quite easily or if I was shooting heavy pellets could of shattered the dogs ankle …My wife felt really bad for it. PS..Now she’s a little gun shy..I don’t think she’ll be chasing any pellets anytime soon.

Well I’ve always been a giver and I’ll share anything with anyone. But the two things I won’t share is my boys and my toys. I just joined this thing to talk about guns and learn more about them. To Ed and Ed’s Wife…
My girlfriend has been begging me to try new things in the bed room. Just last weekend I came home from taking the kids to the petting zoo; when I discovered a mule and what appeared to be a lama/turkey crossbread, spread eagle and sunken into the center of my king sized waterbed. The girlfriend was just too jittery and excited to explain what was going on, but I’m pretty sure I caught … foursome. I told her that with the right couple it might be fun, but livestock was out… so we had them over for dinner instead. We have both taken a look at your picture and agree that you guys would make great candidates. Since we all love dogs and guns, that is a plus.
PS. If Ed gets sick and doesn’t come to the party that is ok too. Soon is a good time, since the girlfriend will be away at her families house for a couple of weeks.

OMG..WOW that makes my ass hole hurt just watching that. WTF was he thinking? My hubby told me about that one time but I never watched it. I see why I didn’t now..I don’t know what’s worse two girls one cup or a guy and one cup..LOL…I’m sure I’ll get use to you guys in no time. I have been around my hubby and his family for seven years, If I can survive them I can survive anything.. 😆
