50 metes target. CONDOR BIG PROBLEM
I really didn’t like these groups, i was shooting and i had around 4 TO 5 inches of distance between the rolls (10 shots only per fill), the Condor was setup at power level: 12 then 10 then 8 and the tank was filled at 2.500 psi at every power setting, i was using Beeman Kodiak 21.14 gr. also was no wind at roll was just a perfect day for target shooting. The problem its not really me because i have done much better groups then this one in different air rifles at 50 meters, Can anyone help me with this problem? Why is this gun giving very bad groups at this 50 metes distance? Wrong pellets? Wrong setup? Does the rifle has any internal problem? Do i have to change my pellets for Eujin 28 or 32 gr? Tell me a good setup for this gun using this pellet (beeman kod. 21.14gr…………….

Do you have another rifle that you know is accurate or maybe a friends rifle? If so shoot the Condor and the other rifle side by side to make sure it’s not you. If you shoot good groups with the other rifle but not with the Condor then switch scopes.
One way to tell is to shoot at 30 yards and see what happens , your groups should be very tight at 30 yards.
try to get a feel if it’s the rifle or the scope when shooting .
I have a feeling, its the scope. or borrow a scope and try it , and if it still shoots the same , then it probably isnt the scope.

Ill try a cheap scope that i have here also my friend has a center point 8-32×56 with is unused yet he just bought it!

Not being a jerk , but the Leapers are not a top of line scope, Mine broke after a few months , and Im not so sure about the rings either.

try getting some sand bags (use the bags to rest the front and rear of the rifle on), or walmart sells a cheap vise. Squeeze the trigger lightly on your respitory pause (that’s the pause in breaths between inhale and exhale, but do not hold your breath). Practice moving the tip of your trigger finger, without moving any other muscle. Make sure of your site picture and body position. When you get lined up to target shoot from any position, close your eyes, relax your muscles, open your eyes. If you are not still on target reposition your body.
I dont have a vise and i dont know anybody who has it, i ll do my best about the trigger.

The rifle is capable of good to excellent groups with the right pellets and tuned to run them under sound barrier (around 1050 feet per second) for maximum accuracy.
Due to the flex of the frame the rifle can be hold sensitive. Due to the nature of the moving parts the rifle may need a bit of adjustment to make it operate under the speed of sound.
Do you own or have access to a chronograph so you can figure out how fast the pellets are moving? If you don’t you may want to pick one up, while it isn’t absolutely necessary it makes the job much easier.
The rifle can be turned down with the powerwheel as well as the tophat (which is a bit more complicated than the powerwheel but not too hard). The optimum starting distance for a af valve is around 0.08″, but it varies from valve to valve. The tophat gap is measured from the brass face of the top of the valve to the bottom the the tophat itself.
While high power is fun, too much power will make the pellets go all over the place.
I would start out with the powerwheel set at half way or lower and shoot at 25-30 yards until I can verify that it’s the velocity and not the shooter or the scope… Making adjustments while hoping to see an improvement and shooting at 50 yards is like shooting in a heavy wind and hoping you will be accurate.
So, turn down the powerwheel, shoot at 20-30 meters and turn up the powerwheel until the groups start to open up, now you will know the max velocity based on accuracy. Now start to move the target out further…
Some pellets work better than others at different distances. Finding the correct pellet can be a pain.

another thing could be if you bought it used is that someone messed with the tophat ,
Scope: leapers 8-32×56 (brand new)
Rings: Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/30mm Rings (high) {brand new}
About the rifle it is brand new, i bought like 4 month ago so it still brand new!

I was about to say the same thing.
Can you shoot a .22lr accurately at 50 yards? I’d try that, and if you can’t get pretty small groups, you just need to practice shooting.
These guns are a bit hard to learn to shoot (that bottle really kills me) but once you do they are accurate. But if you can shoot other guns well, you shouldn’t have too much of a problem.
the other thing you might be over looking is at 50 yards bad trigger pull and shooting habits will start to show. What position are you shooting from? what type of rest are you using? (bipod, sand bag, vise) If you know someone that has a shooting vise, you can tell if it is you or the rifle.
You might be overlooking a shitty scope, broke scope , or scope rings

I can use heavier pellets with no problem, a just wanna make sure that my rifle has no problems at roll! I can use eujin 28 or 32gr but do you know anybody that shoots at this 50 meters distance using the same pellet as me and does good groups?
