Q:

Bullpup owners – About us

Hey guys, I’ve been on this forum as you know almost 24/7 hahhaha. I really enjoy interacting with everyone especially on a topic/hobby that I love as a kid and was recently re-ignited. I find myself going full speed into it and learning as much as I can of a world I never knew existed. Thanks to the inter-nerd(internet) we’ve been able to connect with so many like minded people around the world. I thank all the non-english speaking members who are trying their hardest to contribute through a translator. Even on topics not related to air guns, I am always interested in learning about where people are from and their cultures. So this thread is to try to get to know some of you guys a little better rather than your screen names. I personally like to address people by their first name rather than their screen name like Rocketlauncher lol, that is just an example by the way. I would understand if you do not feel comfortable with it, feel free to browse through 🙂

I’ll start with a little info about myself:

First Name: Donny
Location: Orlando, Florida
Occupaton: Web designer

Below is a picture of my backyard. Not the biggest but big enough for us. Behind the white fence is a large conservation area. I’ve seen rabbits, squirrels, snakes and bobcats back there when I remove a section of it to access the back.

My other interest is gardening, we have over 20 fruit trees in the back. Mangos, pappya, grape fruit, blue berry, peach, and persimmons just to name a few.

My dad and I building a trellis for our butternut squash

And of course my little family. My wife is Mexican, I am Vietnamese so I guess that makes my son Filipino?

Edit** My other son Kane(pitbull)

Here´s me, at my local range 5 min from home. Pic taken in very early spring, thus those jackets. I´m the one in a wheelchair. I was involved in a severe crash in September 2011 while doing my beloved sport Motocross and that left me paralyzed from waist down. So both my sports i´ve done since i was a child ,MX & Kickboxing, are laid in the rest. Well – i took up sports shooting again after years of absence and i´m having a blast ! 😯

Great to hear from you Alfredo! Hope you get to sell the .25 soon to make room for the .30 cal Matador. I was going to say, you’ve lived in San Diego your whole life? But since you were in the marines, you probably got to see a lot of the world. My family was nomadic when I was a growing up. We constantly moved every year until I was around 14. I’ve lived in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut and now Florida. My wife is from Hollister, CA

quote marineonenine:

Hey Donny. Great yard and family too!! I’m alfredo from san diego, ca. I don’t have yard that big to be able to shoot plus my neighbors would probably freak out. But, i do however have friends and family that have farms and a ton of space and it’s only about 15 mins away. I love my .25 edgun but trying to get a .30 hence the sale but, if it doesn’t I’m not disappointed. My mom’s place is on 12 plus acres, pretty good size but it seems that I’ve shot most of the squirrels and bunnies. So, if anyone has any suggestions or some live ground squirrels and bunnies that could repopulate the small 12 acres that would be great!! I’ll pay shipping!! Oh and i’m filipino but grew up in san diego.
