HOW OLD ARE WE???
Hey Guys 😀
I was just sittin here drinking a beer twidling with me belly button (as you do ), thinking about how much of a ‘fringe’ hobby this is. Then i started thinking about how young i was when i first started playing with air rifles. It was the early eighties, i was about 11 or so when i first started playing in the woods with them.
I’m 37 now. I’ve got an air rifle. i go to the woods and play with it.
In 20 years, you’ll find me somewhere, playing with me air rifle.
Roll Call.
Ages please. It can’t be just me whos getting older but still playing… 😕

Just went 4 decades last month… Yup, the big 4-Oh. One might comment that
I’ve been fiddling with my gun for >36 years. (Mom would most likely tell you
its 39 yrs or more… 😀 ).
I have pictures of my older brother and I out on the farm (Iowa) with a pump
daisy; it was the Summer of 1973. For that matter, I have another pic of me –
same summer – shooting my late great uncle’s .38 service revolver (police) at
bull frogs out behind his house. Before the days of litigation, I suppose.
I still have the rifle and it still fires. Go figure. That was before we outsourced
everything. I’ve also got my father’s RedRider BB Gun. Single spring load lever
action. Fabulous rifle and piece of Americana.
