I have to ask those who waits for EDguns to excuse me…
Tony knocks to my head every second day with the only question “When!?” and the only thing I can say “Have no idea… 🙁 ” The problem is that we have to delivery LW barrels from Germany to Russia, it used to be very smooth and predictable but now, due to some changes in Russian custom work (I hate them more the police 🙁 ) it takes so long. For instance if it took them a week to clear the barrels at the custom before but not about 250 barrels are stuck at the custom for 7 week already 🙁 and I have no idea when they will go out (they promise one more week and then let them out) but I do not believe them any more. So, we expect the second delivery, which is going the other way in a couple of weeks and as soon as we have barrels here I will assemble guns and send them to Tony immediately, so be patient 🙂 (the delivery out of Russia is another headache but that is next stage).
Next year we are very serous about opening the separate enterprise in Europe to make the guns for client out of Russia to avoid dealing with Russian stupid authorities, rules and officials… Keep fingers crossed for us 🙂

LOL. looks like airtravel with air gun is perfectly legal. But TSA requires the High pressure cylynders to be empty and available for visual inspection.
So I think it will be easiest to transport them partially assembled with pressure gauge removed.
I wonder if it will be possible lol. I have to check with some of my friends and see if anyone is flying in from Moscow anytime soon. 😈

The BSA Ultra, the EDgun Lelya and I guess the Matador would be good for the purpose…..
I’ve taken Ultras out of Ldn Heathrow in my suitcase, Lelya is now here in Spain and she did not travel on a ticket. Just separate the stock from the action and ship in two different suitcases, – no problem at all…. 😉
If you want to do it legally, get an international gun pass and advice the airline on check in. At bit of a hassle and not so much fun though… 😆
I wonder who I can call or where to look to find out the info on the transporting air rifle from Moscow to Seattle…

A friend of mine did just that with a BSA rifle, and had no problems taking it in and out of the UK. I wouldn’t know about the States. Hope this helps 😀

Its been about 15 years since I visited my home country of mother Russia =)
This might be a very good reason to fly there, visit my home town of Krasnodar, see old classmates and on the way back through the Moscow take a trip and visit Ed and pick up some toys.
I wonder if it will be possible to take Lelya, Veles and maybe another Matador with me on the plane to go back in USA. Maybe take them apart and check them in without pressure in the tanks?
