I’m considering a RAW .20 for next years airgun purchase………
I have limited experience with the .20. I have only owned one gun in .20, a Theoben rapid MKII in .20 That gun likes the JSB and H&N. The gun is an absolute laser beam but then again it is an English made Theoben so it could be the gun.

I have a .20 on order. I wonder if I should have gotten a .22 but last year at this time I thought the .20 would be the perfect Lelya caliber. I’ll do a review in July 2018 when I get the gun.
I hope they get here next week……….. I might have enough cash to pay for it 😳

Have you tried these pellets? They look like suppositories! They look identical to earlier Prometheus pellets, which never seem to sell well.
30 grain in .22 caliber. 21 grain in .177 caliber.
Seems like they would have a trajectory like a rainbow. However, in the Korean bullpups they might do well.
Mr. Ratso tells me you own a “shit” airgun. I am not familier with that brand, is it a bullpup? One would think a pellet shaped like a suppository might function well in a “Shit” airgun. Would you please give us a report?

Dear RA…
Give the straight line of the Leyla’s design, a “High” set of rings would be advised. Otherwise, you will be bending down to get a good sight picture and that’s no good.

Zonk and iRide, being born without necks, could probably get by with the low rings….just saying…you know…just saying…is all.

PS: Best consider a short scope too! I have a bugbuster 3X9 and it fits and looks fine. Anything approaching a full sized scope is not going to work well, given the weight and length on such a short bullpup. Something 8″ to 10″ would work best, but I wouldn’t go longer than 12″ for certain!

Thanks for the reply. I agree with your scope sizing recommendations. After many months of searching I finally settled upon the Leupold VX-2 3-9×33 EFR CDS scope. The scope is just under 11.5″ long, which is a little longer than I would like but I couldn’t find any smaller that had the quality I was looking for unless I went with a March. The scope has very good glass quality and the reticle is very fine which should be good for precision shots. In this post from PiterM he says he preferred the lower scope rings for the scope he was testing. Based upon what I am finding I think I will go with 1″-1.25″ height rings. Do you use the same height rings on your Lelya as you do on your Matador?
