If your thinking about it just do it!!!

Thats a great deal on the gun. It’s just unfortunate the way it’s going down…

Agreed.. However the 1/2 group at 40 does have me questioning the CZ barrel? Yeah.. I feel bad for the Fella getting the run around! I do hope it works out for him in the end.

Charlie has no idea what groups the Mutant shoots at 40 yd.. He told tsakula 1/2 at 40 so he could charge $125 without doing a thing. He told tsakula 40 yards is as far as he could test. An outright lie. When tsakula asked what pellet and fps Charlie said he has to go back at night to to see. Charlie post groups of guns at 50+ whenever sales are slow. Go to the Yellow classified and look at his posts.

I look at Charlie in a whole new light..Taking advantage of guy in a weak position for a few hundred dollars is being 1st class SLIME.

Side Note: I am willing to bet that gun will shoot dime size groups at 40. Never heard of a 22 cal CZ barrel that couldn’t.

Concerns are legitimate but actually relative….

Do we speak about gripped in a vise with the gun’s favourite pellet with a perfectly working regulator and valve and no windy conditions? In that case no go….

If I had to choose blindly a barrel among many others then certainly it would be the CZ but then we know as well that every barrel is different, some kind of “draw by lot” even though with some brands you have better odds.

Personally the most accurate barrel I’ve shot was a CZ, followed by a BSA but also Anschutz or LW Match are great barrels ……

But for 125 USD testing actually you should know what you are buying….

I’m still waiting to hear from Charlie. There has been some interest on this gun already. As soon as I get the gun I’ll test it

Listen if Charlie will send the gun to me I’ll sell it on Yellow for you. I’ll test it and tune it for free.

That’s my offer. I’ll sell it for 1k and charge the buyer shipping. I will not charge you a dime.

:dito: Take his offer

True Pippy,
good guys can go bad, sad but true some times.
I had got two Air arms from them & a Humming bird as well.
With no trouble.

Hope things work out 4 the best.

… The thing is Peter & his father Boris were good guys too deal with for years.
I hate too see things, like this happen.

Several years back I bought a second hand stock online.

Sent the payment, shipping details and was waiting for delivery.

Stock did not show up, as usually e-mails, phone calls but nada, the guy had vanished.

Long story short, turns out he was sitting locked up somewhere.

Sometimes there are “force majeure” situations where you can’t do much.

If they were really good guys to deal with before then probably something must have really happened.

Anyway hope that everybody gets satisfaction and the advised consignement solution probably will produce the least damage.

:2cents:

If Charlie from Georgia Airguns took it upon himself to work on this gun to “Test it” without the consent of the owner then he is shit out of luck.

You can not just work on a persons property without their permission and then charge them for it and hold it hostage until they pay.

Why did Peter in AZ send the gun to Georgia Airguns? Did the owner request it to be sent to Georgia Airguns? Did they ask for Georgia Airguns to test and alter the new gun?

Did the owner approve of a $75 charge to “Test” and work on this airgun?

Now Georgia Airguns is offering Tsakula $600 for an airgun he paid $1200 for?

What the fuck?

This fellow airgunner got screwed by Peter and now he needs help and this is what he has to go through because he is in another country and scared he never going to get his money back?

That gun could have been handed over to many TAG members who would have put it up for sale for TSAKULA without charging him $75 to check it out.

quote tsakula:

this is what peter answered when i asked him for promised refund.

I have no money
I have no job and the federal government is going to put me into prison.

Peter works at ups in AZ, he has lots of money, they just sold their air gun store.

I wonder why he says the feds, are after him. 🙄

Tsukula, hope you get it all work out.

The thing is Peter & his father Boris were good guys too deal with for years.
I hate too see things, like this happen.

And now Tsukula, is un- happy sorry Tsukula. 😳
Good luck. :biggrinn:

As Sam explained it then I think consignment is the best way to go. Georgia airguns should put the gun up for consignment make a little for his time and send the rest back to Nika.
