Did Tsukula ask Charlie to test HIS GUN?
Did Charlie have his permission for charging for testing his gun?
If Charlie took it upon himself to “test” this gun without the owners permission then his is making a brand new rifle into a used rifle and just bought himself a gun.
This guy paid for a new rifle and it looks like only others are using it and making money from it.
You have a guy on the other side of the world who got screwed by Peter and now he is getting screwed again?
I hope this is all a mistake and people are going to do the right thing and get this straightened out before their reputation is ruined.
From what I gather Nika(tsakula) had the 22 Mutant shipped back to Peter when it would not clear customs in his country. Peter offered Nika $600 of the $1200. I think when Peter sold to Joe he shipped the Mutant to Georgia Airgun to have Charlie deal with Nika.
This part I am sure about.. Nika spoke with Charlie and asked Charlie to sell or buy his 22 Mutant for $995. Charlie stated the best he could do was $600 because he was a “dealer”. When Nika asked him if he could ship the gun to someone else Charlie told Nika it would cost $125 for shipping and testing. “Testing” was 5 shots at 40 yards. No chrony or pellet selection. Charlie was/is taking advantage of Nika’s situation.
I have guys that worked for me from the Ukraine who are now friends. $1200 in (Georgia) is close to $7000 here. If your on a pension in the Ukraine you get $60 a month to live on. It is war torn from Russia invading. .
Peter and Charlie are taking advantage of someone in a bad situation. Not good business. Low Lifes operate like this. Air gun community is small. Actions speak louder than words.
Charlie is a pretty reasonable guy, have him put it up for consignment, offer him 10% of the sale and get your money back. This is a common practice with firearms here in the USA.
Peter sold a gun to Tsakula, it was stopped by customs and returned to Peter.? Now the gun is for sale at GAG and they are offering you 600? So basically you want the gun sold and your money returned?

i contacted peter and bought from him two guns. 177 cal and 22 mutant. 177 i took to europe but with 22 i had problems. customs stopped it.

Spoke with tsakula earlier. Charlie at Georgia Airgun is charging him $125 to ship the gun to who ever buys it and the $125 includes testing the gun. When tsakula asked about the test results Charlie stated 1/2 inch groups at 40 yards. When he asked Charlie what pellet and fps Charlie replied he needs to go back out tonight and test again at 40 yards. Charlie did you tell him 40 yards is the furthest distance you can test at?
Tsakula is from Georgia near the Russian boarder and $125 is a hell of a lot of money there. Charlie if you truly tested the Mutant you know the pellet it likes best and the fps. Shipping is $45 – 50 max. Tsakula just got ripped by Peter, now your charging him for a test? Charlie you should respond.

Call Charlies and ask him what is going on. Something tells me Peter credited him the $600 for your Mutant. Ask Charlie to list it and send you the funds. A new Mutant with a CZ barrel would sell quick for $1100 but again something tells me Peter did something underhanded. That is how Peter rolls a true scum bag.
Charlies # 706 884 6707 call him and find out what is going on.

Put it up for sale at a reasonable price (on the classified in USA) and have him send the gun to the buyer.
First off, sorry to hear about your problems. But if you paid it with a credit card or Paypal, see if you can go through a claim with it.
Last month it cost $50 to test and ship my BP back to me (from Charlie), now all suddenly it cost 3x more for you or to pass it on.

Nika is worried his Mutant will be damaged if he speaks up because that is what happens in his country when someone in power is not happy with your actions. From what I gather Charlie took it upon himself to test and charge Nika $125, strong arming would be the right wording if true. Nika will have to confirm.
