New .25 Shorts are here!
Hey guys, shameless plug time…
I am super excited about the new .25 shorts. I have longed for one forever and now Ed makes them. These new models have a bunch of upgrades and I think you’ll be pleased. I am going to make a video about all the changes to the R3M. Until my video here’s some eye candy of the new short compared to my personal .25 standard.
I thought the little guy looks perfect with the 2.5-10X32 Vortex PST FFP, notice the balance

I have tested them and they came from the factory shooting 895-900 FPS, In my opinion that is the perfect speed for a short .25

Standard = 756 mm (30.85 inches)
Short 690 mm ( 28.16 inches)

I disagree Pip. I have owned them all , shot them all and had every size production bullpup offered. Too short is very hard to shoot especially in .25 caliber. In my hands this matador has the right feel. I’m not trying to convince anyone to buy it, I sell all three sizes and almost all of these were pre-sold before I ever wrote this post. Ed is out of them currently.
Shooter the accuracy is exceptional.

I do agree with my brother Brian, the short Matadors are very well balances and my short .22cal is accurate as my STD .22cal ,, even better balanced and very compact, i like it more than my Long and STD, i sold my .22cal & .25cal Longs when i touched the STD, but i felt more comfortable when i touched the short one,,,

I’ve said this already many times but personally I would drop the Lelya from my offer and offer a Matador that is really short because 690mm simply is not short.
The Cricket Compact/Short is only 620mm and those that have one know what I’m talking about.

Looks nice, but one thing I would say.. The longer .25 has the offset mod there. Is it not a shame the new one doesn’t have similar? Will it not end up longer than the ‘long’ once you’ve screwed a mod on the end?

Sometimes I think that I receive these PCPs from a different world. For you everything is accurate despite the fact I have much better conditions to test (50 meters indoors). I am not talking about shorties, just in general.

Barrel cleaning not allowed during the test! I think that every PCP for such a price should pass a test like that. At the factory!
