Now that’s the kind of Service I like to hear from Ed and his associates. Good for all involved, its taken awhile but good news is becoming more of the norm these days!

Now for those extra magizines!!! Any time soon ?????

Here’s my take on this, Last December I received my R3M 25 Cal from Tony and after shooting it for a few days I sent Tony a email about the mag rotating issue that a lot of the early 25 cal had . I asked him what I could do about the problem and he said he would forward my emails to Ed. The gun had no other issues, good accuracy, good shot count , everything I expected, this was my first Edgun.
After putting in a new indexing lever ,I got from Doug I still wasn’t happy how with the it performed. I got a hold of Eds email and started to email him a few times and he finally emailed me back , I enplaned that I would like a new breach for my gun . I was shocked when he said that he will replace it for a new one. I then contacted Tony and asked him if he had heard about my gun from Ed, and he said yes, we have them in stock and ready to go. By this time I was really hipped up, WOW what’s going on ? This is great.— After giving it some more thought I asked Tony if would hold me to a 25 cal, and if he would let me have a standard 22 R3M instead. He said it doesn’t matter to him , either way anything I want. I didn’t like what the 25 cal did to my bird house and what it did to a steel ridge cap and a steel roof, IT just has to much power for me. We did the exchange and I am one happy camper. The gun I have now is hands down, the best gun I have ever owned, including powder burners .I’ve had Remington 700, Browning’s, Smith & Wessons, CZ , and other great guns. It just works so flawlessly. All I do is shoot it, clean it every 500 shot tin . and shoot it some more, This gun gets hauled around in my truck at all times. Its ready when I am. Enough said ============ I want to Thank Ed for taking care of me when I needed him , Thanks again. and also thank you Tony for all your help. :fishinghole:

Satisfied Customer here, over the years I’ve owned seven Edgun matadors in .22 and .25. A couple used and Five bought directly from Tony. I currently have three, Every single one has been exceptional both in quality and durability. Tony has always been consistently helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

With that said I think we all can agree waiting for parts sucks.

I really like my Edgun. The gun is simple and I like that I can adjust it on my own. I find the guns to be a joy to own and shoot. I will make this point about Ed and his guns. I can’t imagine Ugo Beretta coming onto a forum and answer questions about his guns. Ed is on here all the time and he will answer questions about his guns. Also guys like Old Goat can help with support on this board(he even has a video). I have a Cricket and Edgun, I like the Edgun more. That’s just me.

That includes me. I’m new to airguns. Without customer support, it would be frustrating to a new guy like me if my gun had problems.

The Edgun Matador 2.5 was my first love for the Edguns but Ed don’t build single shot anymore. He only offer it as a kit. That’s added cost if I were to buy the R3M and convert it back to single shot. Ed should offer it in both configuration. :2cents: I may still buy one day as my knowledge about airguns improves. For now it will be the P12, and next is the Cricket(eventhough multi-shot) :butkick:

Matadors in .22/.25 Standards and Longs, a few Standards with black “soft touch” stocks, multishot kits in both .22 and .25. Please don’t ask for things which don’t exist. :biggrinn: Such as plastic stocks or left-handed bolts 🙂 Extra clips were promised by the manufacturer, but unfortunately I don’t make them. I have all sizes of spare rings. Everyone who sent the deposit will get the fixed price I don’t expect any extras.

According to your OFFICIAL web site where ALL ORDERS MUST COME THROUGH, they DO EXIST. I didn’t expect it to be in stock. If you read my post request, it asks for pricing and delivery. I expected to have to wait on it. And I have never questioned cost. I just wanted to know what it is.

I have done a very detailed evaluation on a bunch of these bull pups, and I thought I wanted an Edgun. However, with all the issues I have read about on here and literally every other forum I can find on air guns, about lack of real support for the Edgun products, then get a very snobbish response, I think I’ve pretty well made up my mind that I do not want an Edgun and all the potential headaches that could come along with it. I’ll not bother you or “Ed” further.

Thank you.

That is great news Tony. Now I just need some more money

Everything is IN STOCK, come on guys, we need some POSITIVITY here! Site is in beta due to CC processor change.

So you are saying you have a black stock Matador R3M .25 cal. Long in stock? If so please confirm. If not, tell me when you will have them along with spare o-ring kit and 2 spare magazines.

Also, I’d like to have a left hand breach/bolt assembly. Cost and lead time please??

Are you going to honor the pre-order prices on the Lelyas? Seems like the prices are higher on this new site?

Tony it starts with better communication and on a more consistent basis. You are general a man of little words, though not a bad thing, more willingness to converse would definitely assist a more positive attitude from others. I like the move by Edgun and think it will benefit both Edgun and its end users here in the States.

Now lets talk about “Everything is in STOCK”. Exactly what does this entail or is this left to our imagination? All models available and what about accessories? In the case that “everything is in stock” I would like to know the availability and cost for magazines for my R3M in .25 caliber.

Thanks and Cheers,

What’s the point of the website? Everything is out of stock.
