People that can get cheap fill and have two tanks Cascading is the way to go, It seems to be a hassle but, a lot more fills .
Where I live it cost 30 to 38 bucks to fill a tank, That’s a great white from 3000 Psi to fill to 4500psi, I ask and the same charge would be to fill a tank from 2000psi to 3000psi. That would be about 60 to 76 dollars to fill the tanks?
I guess that’s why I am saving up for a Omega compressor,

The thing about the compressors that has me confused is when I buy a compressor for my shop , When its new I can get 120 PSI out of it, Then after a few years it will only get to 100 psi, Now the first one I bought about 15 years ago will only go to 40 PSI
When I ask about this and I am only talking about 200 dollars but I am told its cheaper to buy a new one than to rebuild it???
My road bike tires go to 120 PSI sometimes…( Bicycle )

Done wrote Santa for my gun safe, Sams has a good one for about 700 dollars,
But Tractor supply has a very nice one for 1,350 , Thats going to put a dent in my compressor funds.

LOL you guys, 20 years as a hospital nurse, 15 years as a Hospice nurse, Cleaning the bathrooms for DPX would not be beneath me, Free air , free tank and a pay check wow, I would almost work for free, I would love it…. Health plays a big part in my retirement.. Asthma, and lots of titanium in the back.
Club, there was a air gun club in Kermit, Tx a few years ago, found it on the internet seems it died out???

I’ve got a easy fix Mike, I bet DXP (where Mike gets his tank filled) is hiring right now. That would be free fills, maybe even a free steel 4500 cylinder plus a good pay check. Their turn around rate of employees is probably pretty high like it is with so many oil and gas related jobs so it might really be an option, part time sweeping the floors would work for me..It’s a win win deal 😉

Mike I believe it helps relieve some of the noise as the pellet passes through the shroud, making it quieter.
