Received my "Knock-off" Atlas Bipod today !
Got the Atlas-copy/knock-off/whatever Bipod today. I haven´t hold an original Atlas in my hand so i don´t know exactly how it feels and so but this one looks exactly like it does on those Greenbase pics and is a well made piece as it seems. Definitely worth the price. As i said before i only have good experience with Greenbase (have bought loads of stuff from them in more than a dozen occasion) and the Bipod in question is as described and well worth those few bux it cost.

Boelick, I appreciate your effort at making peace. My salvation is a work in progress, thank you, but Matthew said it is okay to judge as long as your willing to be judged by the same standard, I’m good with that. Anyone that knowingly buys counterfeit products is engaging in a criminal activity involving stolen property (IP). The fact two members come here bragging and promoting it then refuse to acknowledge ANY wrong doing IS a character issue. Matthew also speaks to the fruit trees bare which speaks to character, what fruit do they bare?
Unless we are made aware of our faults we have no basis for change, our character dictates if we do.
Last, I did not post here trying to get friends or business, simply came to correct some statements being made by a FEW members as lies and to express my opinion the real cost of counterfeits to the economy. And to that point, I’ve had several members email me and PM me regarding this thread, and those involved, and several have bought products based on the PRINCIPLE I’ve expressed.

I wish I had an Atlas bipod!…. On one hand people tell Kasey how awesome it is and he is a genius….but rationalize saving money as a reason to buy a knock off.
If you buy a knock off and did not know…shit happens
If you buy a knock off knowing with full knowledge… then just live in your shame but do not try to take away sales from Kasey by promoting a knock off.
I’d add that with the quick release model switching from gun to gun is a non issue so one bipod easily covers a multitude of rifles.
It might be nice to have a dedicated bipod for every rifle but I’d not buy knock offs to get there.
Cheapest way in the long run is to buy right the first time(hint)

First, Kasey, you have a legitimate gripe but to come in here, a forum you occasionally post at and start calling people thieves and questioning character of the people you are trying to get as customers is just plain stupid business. Present the problem you are having, present solutions but dont call potential customers thieves. If you truely have become a man of God then you should know that you should not judge people lest you be judged. No matter how much I agree with your position, you owe some apologies.
Second, Ville & Urgirl, after being a stalker / Lurker on here for while Ive enjoyed your posts as some of the best. Buying knock offs… If you buy them and dont have an issue with it, thats your business I am not the keeper of your conscience (yeah I probably misspelled that) you guys answer to 2 people, yourselves and God (if you believe), but to knowingly and vigoursly promote the buying of knock off products was something I thought was NOT done on this forum. The very first topic under this section is “I dont care who the hell you are” by Walkonking. The only reason the original topic of these knock offs was allowed to stay was because he thought they were talking about the licensed Airsoft versions, if Im not mistaken the Greenbase bipods are not licensed and shouldnt be promoted here.

My take on knock offs. They are wrong. I almost bought one of the Greenbase ones. They were mentioned to me as an option by one of the more respected members here and in my reply I originally agreed, but then I took pause and thought about the consequences my actions would have. I was just going to be part of the problem and no matter how much I wanted an Atlas (because thats what all the cool kids have) I just couldnt do that personally. I have been in unions hell even a union president at one point. I have seen what the chinese and ourselves have done to the manufacturing in this country, we have destroyed it and I just couldnt be part of helping that along.
I still like all you guys but this thread has cascaded down to a name calling level and nothing is being accomplished. Can we either get it back on track or delete it?

Jettagirl, you can read your prior post, go figure it out. At minimum you insult them by buying a counterfeit product and then bragging about it and justifying it. Union principles have something to do with work and the workers that do it right?
