Is anyone using a regulator on thier bottle with positive results?….
What pressure is the regulator set at if you are using one?…
What is the advantage?

The only one I can find is the 12 oz CO2 tanks…rated at 1800psi.

The Talon Tank is 2.5″ diameter..Doesnt have a regulator.

The 53 cu inch tank looks like a good deal for sure.
I ordered a couple from john and ended up with 73 cu inch tanks instead.
Gonna get a couple of teh 53 cu inch tanks in a bit once I find out some dimensions from John.
His regulators look real sweet BTW so if you need a reg his look very good.
This is the 53 cu.in. 3000psi Tank and Regulator.
Length: 14″ from the top of the regulator to the bottom of the tank.
11 1/4″ tank alone.

Where can I find a airforce sized tank that fits the 5/8 co2 threads
and has a 3000psi rating…I just don’t like the small size of the
13cuin or 20cuin that they offer and then thers the bigger ones
that are like 3 1/4″ and 3 3/8″ in diameter….. one to small and
one to large….. thats why I Was using the 12oz. co2 tank….I have very
long arms and a head to match….1800psi working ,yes sir…

1800psi or is a 3000psi …should be on the tank
around the neck of it ….The one I’m using is
only rated to 1800psi, I filled it to 2000psi afraid
to go any higher….even thou it came with 3000psi
blow out on it???? What is your take on this , and any-

1800psi is the Working Pressure of that tank so fill to 1800psi
if you have a 3,000psi rated tank that is teh Working Pressure of the tank so fill to 3,000psi

It was really odd maw….The first 3 shots in the 2nd
group went on top of each other and I thought I was
going to have a really tight one hole group. The fourth shot
went to the right. The 5th shot went back to the left,
then the next 3 all went back to the right….It had to
be that I changed the way I was holding the gun…
I had filled the tank to 2,900psi so the 2nd group had
to be in the 2,800psi range but I didn’t take note of the
gauge…It seems to be doing pretty well. The chrony
numbers pretty much reflect the same as the target.
Some deviation in fps but not nearly as drastic as what
I was getting before….I’m pretty happy with it now….
When I can aim at a 1/4″ dot at 65yds with a reasonable
expectation of hitting it, I think that is about all I can ask
for out of a pellet rifle….
That group # 2 is some good shootin! If you have a gauge you should take note of your fill pressure, cause regs. also operate better at certain fills.

It is a 3,000psi tank…
looks like I have a3k and 5k blowout….
Here is a short string….It’s a little flakey but not too bad…Could be much better, just not sure how to tighten it up…

Well crap….The AF co2 adapter valve crapped out on me today….
Hard to push it in and when it does go in it gets stuck…
Maybe that was the inconsistancy friggin problem…..AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! 😯
man I hate going through the friggin return and
replacement crapola…..Back to PA tomorrow….
