Just a pic of the Tactical Utilitran Rifle Design striaght from the Voleworks design dept. This is what ive come up with …. 😕
Its .177 , 15 round mag , collapsible stock , AR grip , pump action , shrouded , 70 shot regulated and at 70cm long.
I wanted to design a gun for the guys who do ” Ratting ” as its known over here ,so its a small take down type gun to shoot rats in barns. If i get the drawings finished in the next couple of weeks the first prototype should start soon arfter on my mates new CNC machining centers .
Ive been drawing on Auto CAD for weeks , and im now experiencing the joys of learning 3D CAD ( for this and my CNC mill).
So i thought id see what you guys like / dislike because its not going to be for sale in the USA …hehe !. 😀

Looks great so far. Like WOK said an adjustable cheek piece would be nice and are the grooves on the front grip facing the wrong way?
Not for sale in the US? BAH!! Can we buy it in parts and assemble it here ourselves? ) There should be a way around all the legal crap.

The stock is just to give you an idea and my partner has said he will build a stock if i come up with a design. So il look into a fixed metal stock with cheek piece. He also knows a guy who can make wood stocks , so thats something to look into also.
As far as the front grip , the one in the pic is just for show ….its the one problem ive got !. I dont want to go into making a front grip just yet ie :blow molding just to expensive, so i want to buy a synthetic front stock that i can machine to fit. Ive looked into airsoft forend stocks but there about £70 ….too much . 😯
So do anyone have an idea what size the bottom tube of a Remington 870 shotgun , as i can buy synthetic front grips for £10. If the forend fits it would be an easy option for me. 😀
As far as the USA market , its just that to start off we would just sell to just the UK to keep it simple. 😀
