Pictures will have to wait until this weekend, but… I GOT MY CHASSIS!!!!!!! Totally worth the cash outlay!! It looks and feels really good!! Luckily, my Atlas bipod clone also showed up today and if fit like a charm! Best $40 I’ve ever spent (for the bipod)! Anyway, onto the chassis. I tried putting on this type of grip first:

This grip is a no-go. won’t fit. The Ergo grip w/the beaver-tail cut off fits like a dream though!!! For me, it’s the perfect distance from the trigger blade. Super comfortable!! It’s not so far that I can’t work the safety w/one finger either. Inlet is just about perfect!! The XLR stock fits like a dream too!! The M1913 rail is crisp and the edges around the rest of the chassis have been rounded for comfort. I got mine in the raw, and I don’t feel any rough spots, and there’s damn few, if any, tool marks… The XLR stock is military thread, not civilian, so the stock block (where an AR stock will thread into) is for military threads. The stock also came with:

1- Stock bolt
1- Grip Bolt
2- Trigger guard bolts

I’ll post more when I post pics this weekend. This was just a preliminary overview of the stock, as I slapped it together excitedly when I got home tonight. I just have to say again: It’s worth the cash outlay!!

I will be as soon as I get my grubby mitts on it!! It’s built around gen1 parts, yes… I never bought a complete rifle. Too many things changed to warrant buying a rifle new.

You have a Gen I Marauder right?
I have heard that the TERYX will be ready for the Gen II marauder pretty soon….
Post some pictures and tell us how it feels .

I just wanted to upload some pictures of the Mrod before I received the chassis. Most of the upgrades are internal, but here are some pictures of the external stuff:
This is the Daystate bolt- I really love these bolts, but they are pricey!!!

This is a picture of the Marmot Militia dust cap… It also show’s the clearance between the Neil Clague LDC and the dust cap… Perfect!

The Neil Clague in the raw. I’m going to have it painted in Cerakote w/some other parts.

I’ll of course post more when the chassis gets here, and when I finish it up w/the Kryptek Mandrake dip, and the Cerakote…

EDIT: I don’t know why the pictures uploaded that way- they don’t show up at those angles on the comp. Sorry guys!

too right man!! I really can’t wait! There’s still so much to do before the rifle’s done, but at least it’s one step closer to being done!!

Now you cannot stop thinking of unbox your new shipment. .

I always enjoyed or enjoying unboxing my shipments. ..

It should be on it’s way to me tomorrow… Can’t wait!

Will do. Ill post up some pics before i take it all apart and dip/cerakote it.

However I left my lovely and my first PCP Benjamin in a shop in order to sell it fro me…but I will stay loving Benjamin Marauder forever and will keep reading this section. .

I might buy marauder new version once I get enough money and a good chance. ..again. ..God Willing. ..

So…Please keep us updated when u get it…
