It got here a couple days early. I have some high grade RC hex drivers, so taking the little screws out was a breeze. Even actually have the correct torx bits. It was a breeze to do and is awesome ! Smooth as butta. Too bad it’s snowing & 17*. :sadn:

Mine should be here late next week, but with a foot of snow and 14*, who’s counting.

:hoot:

Dear Homo-bux…

Did you guys have a water shortage, like the fruits and nuts further South of your state?

Hoot:

Not too sure on the shortage, but half the fruits and nuts you mentioned have moved to this state. Luckily on the west side. the only problem is that the westies are starting to make their escape to my side and bringing their liberal ass ways with them. :biggrinn:

It’s spreading up the west coast Hoot…..

Sir your post is the guide that I followed. Many thanks for sharing the knowledge.

Eelect, it’s only going to get better with the spring coming. It’s a bird magnet come spring. That’s when I take my air bottle and 500 pellets for a morning shoot.

Received the side lever today. It comes setup for installation on left side of the gun.

I will be installing it to the right side so had to invert the setup

To flip the cocking lever, pin fixing the lever to the base needs to be removed. There is grub screw that holds the pin in place. Removed the screw. This pin and screw will be installed in the adjacent holes in order to make it right handed.

Pin slid out of the base and the lever was removed from the base. It will be installed in the adjacent hole for right hand configuration.

Next flipped the handle on cocking lever

Finally everything put back together.

Will be installing it on Vulcan Tactic I am getting soon 🙂

Zonk you should be ashamed of yourself. How can you let those starlings populate that much!

DANG!! I’d love to have a place like that to shoot! I’m doing good if I get 2 or 3 off my Martin Boxes before they wise up and leave… I did get to take out another pig and some turtles with my vulcan though this past weekend… Lovin’ my Ernest tune, but I’m thinking I may still have a slow leak somewhere… Can’t detect a visible pressure decay, and it may have been because of the low temps this weekend… Sure hope I don’t have to tear into it again because it is shooting lights out!
