Paypal also charges for International transfers but not as much. They also have their own currency conversion system that costs more than, for example, the Banks.
That really bothers me when the supplies ask for WT … so 110 USD + 55 USD bank charges = $165 total… not reasonable at all..
I prefer business cards or PayPal is the most easiest and secured way ….
No…you are not alone… we also think, it is expensive … 70 USD including shipping is a good and wise cost
Evgeny has sent me a Proforma Invoice in my name and address. It has the Airgun technology as the supplier. So the only way to pay is through wire transfer. I am not sure but I think moneygram is for sending money to an individual.
What about good old Western Union or Moneygram? Is there some rule in Czech Republic for businesses that they cannot use them?
As someone posted in the other thread, is anyone getting a group buy together? I posted in the other thread that I was in for one but really need to see Tony’s price. Afraid of the markup putting it out of my range.
Whoever has that wire transfer app and has used it with Evgeny, are you ordering one? care to set up a group buy?
I understand it’s expensive to buy the rights to the design (from the Brazilian fellow). and it’s equally expensive to produce the parts…
I’m just thinking in terms of what it’s worth to ME. over 100 bucks to make my gun just a little bit better?
I’m just bouncing the “Value” around in my head.
If it was 50 bucks, it would be a no-brainer! :biggrinn:
I”m in. The pricing seems appropriate to me, especially with Evgeny doing the build. I have utmost confidence in his work.
Thanks for the hint regarding the bank transfer app. Will definitely look into that.
110 USD just seems very high to me. Am I alone?
How much would you charge if you were making them??
Regards the bank transfer.. see if you can download an app for your phone called Transferwise. That’s what I used and it was a lot cheaper than the bank dealing with it, and much easier.
I am trying to get the information from Evgeny. One thing to note is that you have to transfer the money to his bank, he hasn’t got PayPal. So keep in mind the bank charges for the transfer.
In my opinion whatever Evgeny does, he does it to perfection so there is no need to wait for a field test. design and finish looks much better than the earlier one offered by the Brazilian guy, also the price is lesser than what was the Brazilian guy charging. So it’s definitely worth getting one.
I really want to add this optional lever to my Vulcan, but I’m really struggling with the PRICE!

Saw this on the other thread and emailed Evgeny last night. He has already responded. Sending me an invoice so I can do a bank wire transfer for payment. Can’t wait! Ernest has my Vulcan to fix a leak problem I could not master. When I get this lever and the gun together, it will be perfection! :8: :8:
The concept and the ability to retrofit existing models with this lever is cool. However maybe I’m ultra picky but that huge hole on the side of the gun exposing all the parts just looks ugly. It should have been designed with more aesthetics in mind. The side plate should only have one slit for the linkage to slide back and forth rather than exposing all that junk underneath.
the Brazilian tool works perfectly, i did’t say that it doesn’t work, but i don’t like the quality and the poor plastic, but overall,,, it is a good upgrade in deed, it dose work far better then the original sick Vulcan cocking system,,,

I agree, 100 even 120 is doable. But with all the bank charges it just does not make any sense.
