Freedom 8 – air compressor
Do you guys use this product? I’ve heard it works alright, but does it last? Anything that is on for 8-12 hours straight has to have duty cycle concerns. I appreciate your feedback and alternatives for about the same price.

Will this valve also work on the larger 110 type tanks too ?? If so I would move it and go back to the PB tanks original valve and pick up their PCP fill adapter for this guppy setup.
That is a nice gage from Joe and has a second gage for tank pressure reading. But its pretty big and bulky at the same time for those small bottles. That’s why the jubilee is a nice fit if your concerned about keeping everything nice and small. Btw I think the 110ci tanks will go on sale pretty soon then I can pick one up then. Looks like it will be $200 if I pull the trigger now
Here is my valve conversion of a paint ball 90cu” tank I got from Joe. I also got his double quick disconnect fill hose and a male foster to screw into the matador probe when it arrives and a QD dust cap to go on the tanks male foster when not using it.
P.S. I needed to test image posting and see if this method worked on this forum, I am sure everyone has seen a tank valve !!! 🙂

I have 3 paint ball tanks with JD airsman regulators on them each one for its own gun with regulator set to certain pressure. I have sold one of the tanks with my Mrod a while ago and now I’m going to buy a 110 Ci tank and put the jubilee valve on it and that will take care of new gun I’m getting. The regulated tanks are great for tethering gun. I always use my 2500 psi output tank to shoot my 22. Works like a charm. I can put everything together for under 300

I un-charistically for me jumped the gun and let a friend at a paint ball store sell me a 90cu” tank, It was a great deal for what I paid but in the end it needed a PCP conversion valve or I found Ninja Paintball makes a valve that screws on top and has a fill whip and bleeder built in that might have been a good way to go but I just got a valve from Joe to convert it. Made mostly sound spending decisions getting set up so far only actually wasted 20 bucks on a paint ball valve and tether I didn’t need. I will first pressurize the new Matador from the F8 compressor and then see what it takes out of my guppy to top it off from what would normally be the refil point. I am anxious to see how many fills I can get from the 90 cu” guppy. I may need a bigger tank in the near future.
I saw that stuff from Best Fittings. Great prices. Same tank as Ville has.
I places an order with best fitting last week. Will have my complete jubilee valve, hose and fittings at my door maybe next week. They are very good to work with

Thanks for all the good info in the thread. As a result I ordered and recieved a Freedom 8 compressor, I re-valved my 90 ci. paintball tank for PCP use, got a Rollair JC10 super quiet compressor to feed it and and got lucky and scored a brand new Prinecess Auto desiccant dryer with media for $65.00 and just finished putting the air in my first self filled tank. Wow that was nice filling my own tank while jacking around online instead of driving 1 and a half hours to pay to have it filled. Now that I think more about it that list of stuff was about $1700 worth the shit and I should be cursing you all instead !!! 🙂 Thanks for the good advice it all went well. Filled 90ci. tank from 0 to 4500 in about 5 hours and it looked like top off’s will be 2 hours in the future.
