Well it is finally happening. I know some of you have been waiting patiently for one. Second piece is there and waiting for a machine to become available.
Put them all in the lathe to scotch brite the threads. will put the hole for the VRT and then off to black oxide.

Is that with my valve?
Remove the valve and put it in the tank and see if there is a difference. I haven’t seen the TTTA in person. Not sure how big the passage is.
The spring retainer should be .055″ from bottomed out and you can go looser.
Try 3300 then 3500. Spring should open the valve up to 3600 if you have a 100 gr hammer.
Test result :
Using 43.2 grains EunJin .25 pointed pellet…getting 112.12 foot pound / 152.01 joules
how do I increase the power further? Currently using 3100 psi… This tank is capable up to 4500psi. Inner valve return spring at full tension, should I soften it up? Or does the Z adapter have any effect n the power?

No chrony yet so no numbers, but with an 18” and no shroud the BLAST shakes the walls in the house and is ear piercing.

There isn’t enough air after the reg. You would need a large chamber to get full power shots.

Latest result today… Fit in 104 grams hammer, Doug’s hammer spring, valve set..removed the Z adapter, direct to tank.. tank air pressure start at 3400 psi, Power setting max, I get 1121 fps, with 43.2 Grain EunJin, making 120.57 foot pounds / 163.48 Joules.
The shot curve is downwards, first shot is highest and goes lower from there.
The spring tension was so high, that the hammer will fire immediately when I release the safety! yikes! I have to hold the hammer with the breech at cocked position, like de cocking, release the safety… Then I load the ammo and close the breech to fire.
When power setting at 6 and below, the safety lock function normally… Anyone have such a problem?
And I guess this is as far as I can go ? Any comment guys? 😯
