Q:

Developing a 1 piece stock … Done !

Looking to add some rigidity to the Talon frame I started looking at one piece laminated stocks. Wanting my own signature on the look I have been making scale drawings and have my first piece of wood cut.

I have been wanting a long range hunting rifle with a one piece stock for a long time now … this is what I have so far 🙂

Thanks Hoot !!

Yep making them all ambidextrous now thanks to your suggestion 🙂

I work cheap … got nothing but time and would rather make “something” than nothing 😆

Is that an “Ambi” hand grip I see?

I can see some serious business coming your way, if that is priced right.

Breath-taking! You can’t buy custom built like that for anywhere near the price you are likely to ask.

I had another forum member contact me about your custom tuning. He is just beside himself with delight. He can’t believe what you did with his trigger (neither can I) and really admired that custom hammer and polish on the insides.

Keep up the good work. You’ll get nothing but quicker and better as you go along. About then, I’ll have to get a one piece stock for when I take my Talon to dances and such 😀

You should see me in a bikini 😆

Thanks WOK 😀

You are bringing sexy back 😉

The stock is finished I just have to put sealer inside to keep water out of the wood where it is inletted. Came out pretty good I think .. Dad is real happy with it … he took it home to show his neighbor 😆

The color is really coming out in that baby with the coating and that trigger area looks as good as anything I’ve seen made. Shoot I could do that 🙂 J/K

😆 😆 😆

You should wear this hat when shooting it.

It deserves only the best pimp attire

Yeah I was impressed getting an A-OK from Rabbits 😀

I can’t wait to get it done !!! 🙂

Pulaskius-
That is some fine woodwork there, and on top of that Rabbits gives you the thumbs up, you should be proud.
Keep up the great work, looking good 😛 😛 😛 😛 😛 😛 😛
I have yet to do shit with my stock, til I get settled down in the new crib.
Gonna set up a shop in the 2 car garage with all my real tools.

Later-

I’m leaving the inside of the trigger guard to last .. have some final fitting to do in there .. will mask the area off and do it last.
