Oh no Joe! I need you to keep paying into SS! Please rethink it.

I’ll be joining you retired guys next Jan at the ripe old age of 55 ..Can’t wait

This tread was made for ripping ………..

I made this in strawberry, orange and pineapple flavor for the neighbors with kids and they just loved it.

It’s kind of like sherbet then it is an ice cream but you need to taste it, it’s one of the Island favorites ….. a real bomb guys !

I poured it into a large cake pan and freeze it, after which I use a fork to break it up and give it a good mix before packing it in containers.
It’s not hard to break up, the soda makes it soft and airy ….. … ..

This place is officially the everyday is Saturday club :8:

Give it time, you’ll learn to settle in.

Greg retirement is a great thing for sure. This is how I know what day it is. If Jody’s home it’s got to be Sat or Sun, if she’s gone it must be a week day. She always leaves me a to do list. I cross out the top three and move them to the bottom.

Hum so far, I made the mistake of calling a friend at my old work place on a Saturday thinking it was a Monday ……. :biggrinn:
Time now, it can wait ….. maybe tomorrow I tell the wife, my list just gets longer Zonk.

Retirement is a great thing for sure, still settling in and often times it still feels like I’m playing hooky though.

The Vee is looking good I see a few Mods there.
Mine is a 2004 but I just turned 20,370 miles on it, But I have six other bikes,
I just put a K&N air filter in mine and have never felt so mush oomph from just a air filter
and I have been ridding and tuning for 45 years, Pretty strange.
but the air tract to the filter is pretty short.

The week days are best retired. We just got back from a 268 mile ride on our adventure bikes in the Ozarks and mainly saw a few logging trucks once we got south of the burbs. The pup had to go to doggy day care. The school buses come out about 2:30 pm. :suprisedn:

I shoot pretty much everyday. This dog is not gun shy. 😉

Enjoying my retirement since last May at 55 ……. dang almost a year already.

Strange thing I notice was before I looked forwards to Fridays, now it’s Mondays ?
My guess is that I like and enjoy my privacy with no shopping crowds, the neighborhood is much quieter.

yah, it’s part of getting old ……. I’m guessing.

But shooting almost daily since.

A buddy always bugs me to keep the tails. That may be a tough way to make a living. 😛

Only retired nine months here as I turned 59. I have enjoyed every second of it so far. :winkn:

PLEASE people STOP retiring!!!! I need you to pay into Social Security so I can get my next PCP. Damn I hate retirement all it does is cost me more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Sorry Zonk, I’m retiring, too (58). Training my replacement now. Maybe you could sell squirrel tails to Mepps to pay for your PCPs 😛

Funny that’s how I got into PCP guns through Motorcycle adventure trips.
five years in the planning a two to three year trip to Tierra Del Fuego ,
six months before my depart date I fell ill with adult onset asthma,
uncontrolled , I have oxygen at night , C-pap machine , I have to carry three inhalers at all times ,
and a breathing machine twice a day,
Had a little extra money to blow, Still got my six bikes, (iride)
100% gym rat, ex power lifter,
now PCP gun sports, Ha.
Mike

It’s a good feeling Bogman, I’ve been retired for 6 years now.
